Our experience with Unique Patios & Pool was exceptional. Excellent quality, timeliness, competitive price and customer service. Guillermo dealt with us with the highest respect, patience and support from the beginning to the end. Each person from the team was very nice and professional. They provided the best price out of all the pool contractors I got estimates from. They completed the project within 2.5 months and that was impacted by the christmas holiday season. From the first moment they made our vision into a reality. The quality of the work of each contractor that made part of the project was great. The inspections were extremely smooth, with no headaches or challenges. We even had a complicated situation with the soil in our community, and they worked with us getting familiar and ensuring everything was in compliance by the book and with the city. Amazing. Only great things to say about them.

We had an excellent experience with Unique Patios & Pools. First, we were told by other pool builders that it couldn’t be done. We had a narrow entry from one side only, and an existing screen room that every other builder wanted to tear down. Unique said they could do it and preserve the screen room - and they did. The end result is exceptional. They delivered everything they promised and then some. The quality of work is very good, the price was fair, and they pulled off what others said was impossible. Building a pool can be stressful but Unique made it as stress free as possible and set realistic expectations for us. This pool was finished last fall, so we were not paid or incentivized to provide this review.

It’s been a year now that my pool was done from February 2022 to around july/august 2023. In an era where covid made everything until this day hard to get , materials or parts but they got it done in about 6-7 months. They came to my house and on a laptop they drew everything how i wanted my pool to look , i even remember his reaction “i never done a pool like this” 🤣😍😂. They did permits, pavers, pergola and pool plus the demolition of my old terrace concrete. Be patience and communicate with them and you won’t go wrong, I have recommended them ever since i met them. They came to my house the first meet while other companies and the super expensive ones wanted to do everything by the phone 🤦🏻‍♂️

All you hear about pool companies are horror stories — but Unique Patio & Pools completely proved otherwise. From day one, their communication was outstanding. They added me to a WhatsApp project chat and a scheduling platform where I could track every step of the job. I was skeptical at first, but they exceeded every expectation. They promised a working pool 8 weeks after plan approval — and delivered in just 6! Every milestone was hit on or ahead of schedule. Huge thanks to Guillermo (sales), Vanessa (materials), Vladimir (project manager), and Rafael (owner) for running such a top-notch operation. If you're thinking about building a pool — call them.
