Unfortunately we had identified a company to work with. I believe he was genuine in his response. I have changed my score accordingly. I believe he will remove his comment to echo my adjustment. Arranged an appointment for Monday morning at 8 AM. No call despite having received confirmations and reminders Via text. I texted at Hello 8:15 AM was asked to reschedule.I would be very weary of a company that can't even get the first call right! We will find a reliable company to do our custom pool. I can't recommend Aqua Custom Pools enough! They completed our project right on schedule and within budget, plus they were super easy to talk to. They kept us in the loop with weekly updates and were quick to respond to all our calls, texts, and emails. There was even a moment when a subcontractor messed up, and before I even got home to see it, they called to let me know they’d take care of it. I picked them based on my neighbor's glowing review, and they truly came through. Lisa, Juan and the whole team are fantastic. Definitely a 5-star experience!
