We have hired Pineapple Pools twice and have been satisfied both times! We were referred to Pineapple by a close friend. We were able to speak directly with one of the owners (Dan) which was very reassuring. He was able to get Andy out to us promptly to provide a temporary fix until we could save up for some additional work to be done. When we asked to get on the schedule several weeks later they honored their original estimate. Andy communicated with us directly to determine the best time for him to come out. Andy did a phenomenal job re-piping all of our above-ground pipe to/from our inground pool, replacing our filter housing, and installing an in-line chlorinator. He was forthcoming, didn't mind answering our questions &/or providing further education on our equipment, and he charged a fair price. Additionally, we had a pretty bad leak and were not sure who to trust. Andy stepped up and referred us to another amazing company! Having grown up with a plumber for a father I have a very high standard for other contractors. I am pleased to say that Dan and Andy met and exceeded those standards and we will refer them to anyone we know who needs pool work done. Thank you, Pineapple Pools! They also took care to ensure proper grading and drainage, so I can enjoy my new space without any puddling or uneven areas. The final result is stunning.
