I started the pool process in January and reached out to several companies to get information and pricing. I connected with Tony on January 4th and from the jump he was thorough, professional, and genuinely invested in the design. He listened to what I wanted and delivered a plan that checked every box. After working through the design process, I made the decision in early March to go with another builder based on price. I called Tony, was straight with him, and he understood. He asked for a day to review things with the owner to see what they could do. They couldn't match the price, but they came within a few thousand dollars. I want to be clear — I wasn't trying to play games or squeeze them. I just wanted the numbers to be in the same ballpark. The difference came down to minor equipment and paver selections. The longest part of the process was waiting on permits, which is out of their control. Once the crew was on site, the project moved fast. I was originally told completion around the 4th of July. They were done the first week of June. Ahead of schedule on a pool build is not something you hear often. Miguel was my project manager and was outstanding. Always available, always easy to reach, and he answered every question and concern quickly. The job site was clean throughout the entire build. That matters. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or wonder what was happening. One situation that stood out — the pavers I originally selected were no longer available. Rather than handing me a list of whatever they had in stock or telling me it would cost more to find something comparable, Tony reached out to multiple vendors to find something that worked with the look I was going for. He made it happen at no additional cost to me. When I also asked to change the granite color during the build, same thing — no change order, no drama. That is how you build a relationship with a customer. If I had to find one complaint, it would be the pool school walkthrough at the end. There is a lot of information packed into a short session, and I happened to schedule it during a time I was rushed. That is on me. What I will say is that when I followed up with Miguel a week later and shared that feedback, he didn't brush it off. He offered to do another pool school with me. That is the kind of thing that separates a company that cares from one that just collects the final draw and moves on. I never felt like just another project. Tony and Miguel — thank you both. Hopefully, writing this review early won’t come back to haunt me because we’re almost at the end of our pool project and not quite finished but I wanted to share my experience.
