Paradise Pools did a fantastic job with our new pool. This is our first pool so we had so many questions and hearing the horror stories about pool contractors in Florida made us extra cautious. We got three quotes before choosing Paradise Pools. Brian F. walked us through the sales process and the layout of the pool and choosing finishes and pavers. He was so easy to work with answering every question right away and accommodating all of our change requests. Being in the City of Tampa the permitting process was the slowest part of the entire project, Brian F. kept us informed through permit issuance. The project manager, Brian M. then took over. He has a ton of experience and really knows how to build a pool. Excavation started on January 5th and we were filling the pool with water on February 13th. As with most large projects the contractor is only as good as the sub contractors they use. Brian M. has a great crew and relationship and every sub was amazing from the excavation, gunite, electrician, plumbers, pavers and the plaster - the work was done in a very professional manner. We still have the landscaping to do, but the pool turned out beautiful. We would recommend Paradise Pools 100%.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! had an excellent experience with Paradise Pools. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. We had a skimmer pipe issue and our original pool builder went bankrupt so we had no one to help us. Our awesome pool maintenance company (Edge Pools) recommended these guys and I’m so thankful they did! Zach was super responsive and got a technician out to us so quickly. A special thank you to their technician, Alex, who was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. The entire team was responsive, honest, and easy to work with, which made a stressful pool issue much easier to navigate. It’s refreshing to find a company that values customer satisfaction and does the right thing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paradise Pools to anyone needing pool service or repairs and I’ll be keeping them on hand should I ever need them again. Thank you again, Zach, Alex and the Paradise Pools team!

Paradise Pools has been a fantastic company to work with from start to finish. I did a lot of research before choosing a pool builder, and I am so happy I decided to go with Paradise Pools. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Brian, our salesman, was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured and always felt informed about the next steps. I also want to recognize Brian, our site supervisor, who was absolutely outstanding. He was present throughout every stage of the project… from digging and pouring to overseeing all the details. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the quality of the work and made sure everything was done correctly. His attention to detail and hands-on involvement gave us complete confidence in the process. If you’re looking for a pool company that values communication, quality, and customer service, I highly recommend Paradise Pools. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

I couldn't be happier with paradise pools! I worked with Brian & Brian after interviewing about 8 companies. Right away I knew they were the right choice. They had quick timely communication, great design, and a competitive price. In all honesty I did receive a cheaper quote, but with that quote was slow clumsy communication and I've heard my share fair of horror stories with pool builders. I know cheaper isn't always a good thing, and paradise pools was not far apart. They built the pool in under 6 weeks, with storm delays, and everything came out perfect. AND after the build they were still available to answer questions and help me with a few adjustments per my request. I've seen plenty of reviews with companies disappearing after the build is done and you're on your own. I highly recommend paradise pools and both Brian's! They're the best!

I honestly don’t understand how this company maintains a 5-star rating on Google—it makes me seriously question the authenticity of those reviews. I signed my contract back in November with a promised completion timeline of 8 weeks. We are now approaching 20 weeks, and the project is still incomplete. Several key components are missing, including the child safety fence and the salt chlorination system. Communication has been almost nonexistent. At this point, I don’t even know who I’m supposed to contact for updates. The salesperson, Brian, was very responsive while securing my business, but after that, I heard nothing from him until weeks later—only after leaving a very direct voicemail. When he finally responded, he mentioned he was on his way to a personal event and would follow up later in the week, which never happened. He also explained that the project manager (also named Brian) was in the hospital—but regardless, that should not delay completing a customer’s project this significantly. I genuinely regret choosing Paradise Pools. Looking back, I should have trusted my instincts and gone with Grand Vista Pools instead. Since then, I’ve spoken with several people who used Grand Vista, and they all had overwhelmingly positive experiences. Lesson learned the hard way. If you’re considering Paradise Pools, proceed with extreme caution. If you can, spend a little more and go with a company that delivers on its promises.
