TLDR: PCS Pools is the best pool building in the Tampa Bay Area! Our search started in March of 2024. We received quotes from over 10 pool companies and ultimately made the decision to move forward with PCS based on design, price, and their professional and highly experienced staff. Cher, our designer, was absolutely wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She was informative, pleasant, and highly skilled in understanding our needs. She elegantly suggested design elements we never considered. This resulted in an absolutely stunning and highly functional pool for our family. She's even kept in touch post-pool completion to ensure we were truly happy with the final product. Kayla, our Permit Manager was fantastic. PCS was the ONLY company that knew about FastPasses in the City Of Tampa (1-day permit approvals), vs. the standard answer from 10+ other pool contractors, "4-8 weeks". She professionally managed our inspections and kept me informed along the way. Thank you for staying on top of this for us, Kayla! David, our Construction Manager was highly skilled in organizing the PCS team and sub-contractors to work seamlessly on our project. From contract signatures to swimming, our pool was completed in under 4 months. Our neighbors also used PCS and their pool was completed in 2 months. They are highly efficient and highly skilled in managing the expert-level contractors (everyone was AMAZINGLY skilled at what they did and extremely friendly). Chance, their journeyman, and master of construction was absolutely WONDERFUL and extremely helpful throughout our pool build. He played a critical role in construction prep and keeping the project moving between construction milestones. He is quite possibly the hardest-working person I've ever met. THANK YOU, PCS POOLS, for our beautiful pool. It's been over six weeks since we jumped in, and we are still in awe and complete shock looking into our backyard. Your craftsmanship truly exceeded our expectations.

And I can't say enough great things about Kayla—she was incredible at managing my project and staying in constant contact, especially since a lot of the work was happening while I was out of town. She kept me updated with photos and progress reports, which gave me so much peace of mind. Now that everything is complete, I truly feel like my backyard has been transformed into an oasis. PCS Pools did an amazing job with our pool renovation. After getting 7 quotes, they were the only company that was timely and reasonable with their quote. David and Bri were always available for any questions I had throughout the whole process. We had a fiberglass hybrid pool and they brought it down to the concrete shell, added a hot tub/spa, added a sun shelf and raised an existing shelf/seat. They did all new tile, coping, piping and pool finish. They removed our existing pool deck and replaced it with pavers. They even installed in-ground cantilever umbrella bases that I ordered at no extra cost (game changer!). They gave us a timeline and finished exactly on that date! The whole process was professional, friendly and reliable. I am so glad I went with PCS and have already recommended them to several friends.
