I have had five pools built in south Florida over the last 25 years and without question, the experience I had with Pisces Pool is the best experience of them all. This pool was built on a waterfront property in a challenging municipality to work in, but because of their high level of professionalism, experience and competence, they made it happen seemlessly. I cannot recommend them enough.
Jonathan was very knowledgeable and professional. He handled our pool controller and lighting upgrade promptly.
We had a heater installed their pricing was competitive and they got the job done quickly. Communication was always good and very professional. Appreciate this team!
Had to come back and update my review. Hector was easy to work with but I cannot give a company 5 stars when they do not take ownership of issues regarding the quality of work or with equipment they provide. Like another customer previously stated my Diamond Brite began to stain after about 6 months. They said it might of been a bad batch but that the company wouldn’t honor it. I didn’t agree with them especially since their company was also servicing my pool monthly so they could not use that excuse. I paid $600 to acid wash the pool but 5 months later the stain was back and spreading. Another issue I was having was with the Pentair pool lights. My pool has six lights total and in 3 years I have had to change all of them and some twice already. Currently the light in the spa went bad for the third time now and I have another two now blown out as well. They do not extend the warranty when they replace them and now Im on the hook to replace these three out of pocket (not one light has worked for more than a year). Their excuse was that Pentair was having quality issues. Again I don’t know how thats the pool owners problem. As the company you need to stand by your work and the equipment you use not throw the blame to another person.
