Connected Pools designed and built me a beautiful pool and spa! From beginning to end they were fabulous to work with. Kyle and Fellipe helped me every step of the way with decisions that had to be made and problems that had to be addressed. The crew was excellent, and the project manager Jose kept me informed regularly of the construction schedule and progress. When problems arose, they were addressed immediately and always resolved. I could not have asked for a better team to build my pool and spa. The finished product is beautiful and way beyond my expectations! Thank you Kyle, Fellipe and Team!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Connected Pools and the entire team who built our pool. From the very beginning to well after the pool was completed, they exceeded our expectations in every way. Felipe, Who led our project, was absolutely exceptional. He was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly committed to making sure everything was done right. He took the time to answer our questions, kept things moving, and always made us feel that our project was important to him. It wasn’t just Felipe - The entire Connected pool team was outstanding. Every employee we encountered with professional, courteous, hard-working, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The workmanship was impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the entire project. What impressed us most was that they did not disappear once the pool was finished. They stayed involved, followed through on every detail, and continue to Make sure we are completely satisfied, even after completion. That level of Customer Service and commitment is incredibly rare. We feel incredibly fortunate that we chose Connected Pools. They delivered a beautiful pool, but more importantly, they delivered an experience that was professional, personal, and truly stress-free. If you are considering building a pool, we highly recommend Connected Pools. And if you’re lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Felipe and the crew, consider yourself lucky. He and the entire team set the bar, extremely high for workmanship, communication, and customer service. Thank you, Connected Pools and Felipe, For creating a pool that we absolutely love and for taking such pride and making sure everything was perfect. Michael & Randi H
Kyle and his team did a fantastic job on our pool deck! The Crema Bella looks fantastic.
HORRIBLE. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! While I don't write many reviews--I felt compelled to warn others who are looking for a reputable pool company. Our experience with Connected Pools has been an unmitigated disaster. Original Post: September 2025 Connected Pools was the single worst contractor on our new construction build in Miami Beach — and the only one who turned the process into a nightmare. Every other contractor did a high quality job and passed inspections on the first try or with one small correction. Connected Pools, by contrast, has performed sloppy and extremely poor work, repeatedly failed inspections due to their own mistakes, leaving us in an absurd situation: the house is completely finished, furnished, and we’re eating meals there — but we still cannot sleep in our own home because the pool hasn’t passed final inspections. Our first interactions with Kyle were very positive, and we thought we were in good hands like other reviews have said. Unfortunately, that didn’t last. The incompetence quickly came to light with horrendous tile work, uneven surfaces, and spill edges that looked nothing like what was promised and do not work. (See pictures) Worse, they even tried to take shortcuts in the piping and placement of equipment that deviated from the approved plans. When the inspector came for the first time and saw the pool emptying pipe discharging without a required well, we were forced to install a well after the fact — adding more delays and frustration to an already mishandled job. They then were required to move all the pool equipment because the initial placement deviated from plans and was obviously out of compliance with regulations. Eventually, realizing just how badly things were going, Connected Pools assigned a new project manager, Jose. Jose, a relatively new employee, is an excellent person and clearly capable, but he was left to clean up the mess caused by his employer’s incompetence and Connected did not want to perform the required remediation fix the botched tile installation. By the time he came on the job, the damage was done: extremely poor installation of tiles, failed inspections, uneven surfaces causing our spill edge to not work properly, and a pool that highlights everything wrong with how this company operates. Connected Pools was the only contractor on our entire project who created these kinds of issues. Instead of professionalism and accountability, we got excuses, sloppy workmanship, and shortcuts that inspectors rightly flagged. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Connected Pools at all costs. Update: April 24, 2026 We are now about 5 months after moving into the house, and the nightmare with this company is still ongoing. While we have use of the pool now, the infinity edge (that we paid a premium to have) is STILL not working, and of course, they refuse to take responsibility to get it right. (see attached pictures) Stay away from this company. There are many reputable, honest and better pool companies to spend your hard earned money with.
