Roberta came 1 day after we called for maintenance of our pool. She was very knowledgeable and showed Rick a switch he was not aware of location. A simple fix. She was kind, efficient, and explained operating functions of our pool. We are continually impressed with the staff at Jackson Pools. We love our pool and spa. We will always recommend Jackson Pools.
We couldn't be happier with our experience with Jackson Pools! From the very beginning, Kermit was with us every step of the way. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, so we always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. They also gave us access to the builder's project schedule, which made it easy to check on progress anytime and always know what was coming next. That level of communication made the entire experience stress-free. From start to finish, our pool was completed in just three months, and the final result is absolutely fantastic. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and our backyard has been completely transformed. Jackson pools did a fantastic job on our dream pool. They were amazing from the moment we called them to come out and give us a quote to the final day they finished. Each phase went by seamlessly. Cody was our project manager throughout the whole process and he was great. He kept us updated with every step and detail. He answered any question I had even after hours and on weekends. If you want a very professional company to build your pool, we highly recommend Jackson. Update: after a year of owning the pool the interior started to discolor with multiple companies it’s due to poor start up process. During my startup process Jackson had a company do everything and they came out one time. I’ve tried calling my project manager and get no response. I call the office and they tell me they will return my call and never do.
Awful! Just bad on all fronts!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Awful timing, Cost, Project Mgmt, Quality of and missing equipment. The start up was a nightmare so much so that the pool had to be resurfaced! Unheard of! After 7months we still can't use the pool properly. Almost 200K and we have no repercussions because they got paid upon milestones of completion stages.
