My Pool Man

We contracted with Roger to resurface our 20-year-old pool. Roger had completed the resurfacing of our neighbor’s pool 2 years ago and they loved working with him. Our original pool surface was Diamond Brite and it had started to flake off in several spots. We consulted with 4 contractors and all of them said the entire pool surface needed to be chipped out. We chose to use a mini pebble product for the new surface due to the lifetime warranty. Roger’s price was not the lowest of the 4 but We chose Roger because he was very easy to work with, and we liked the work he did on our neighbor’s pool and the reviews online. He was also very patient with us. We had to order new mosaic art (turtles and crabs) and we asked Roger to wait until they arrived before he started the project. Then, two days before the work was to begin, Roger found out that the tile we had selected had been discontinued, so we asked that the work be postponed again until we found a new tile design. Roger went above and beyond expectations by visiting several tile companies and even ordering tile samples online until we found a new tile design that we liked. Once work started, all of the workers who came to the house were very courteous (though we could not always understand their language). The work of chipping out the existing surface and tile is very rough, manual labor and it was uncomfortable to watch the pool being torn up. But the workers hauled all the debris away and installed the new mini-pebble surface that we had selected. The craftsman who installed the tile was especially detailed in his work, planning and measuring all the cuts very carefully. Roger himself installed the new pool return nozzles and vacuum connection. He also installed a new underwater light that we requested along with a new handrail (we needed this as we are getting older and will also have small grandchildren visiting). Roger was very meticulous in his work. He also explained how to maintain the pool chemistry for the first 30 days and brush the surface. We would highly recommend using Roger for any pool resurfacing project that you may have.

Roger is the Best!! For as long as we have had a pool Roger has helped us maintain it. He has replaced the pump, replaced our underwater light, replaced the back flow preventer to our solar panels, added an ingress/egress handrail and replaced our pressure tank filter. Plus pipe repairs over the yesrs and I am sure that I am forgetting something. We could not have enjoyed our pool without Roger's support His response time is amazing.
