I had the pleasure of working with Lori and Ron and their entire team. They expanded my deck by 12 feet and resurfaced our pool to it's former glory. This team was fantastic, polite, and fast. If I could, I would give them 10 Stars
Great service getting a pool heater installed. Danny cleared explained the differences between a gas and electric heat pump, including speed vs operating cost. I appreciated they didn't just give me one option. Great team!

Owner response below is not truthful. Initially, the pool refinishing company was responsive and communicative. However, once it became clear that extensive repairs were needed on their own workmanship, their responsiveness declined. See the photo images of the inconsistent coloration of the pool resurfacing, and also photos of the deck where paint lifting occurred during first gentle pressure washing. Follow-up became non-existent and we are left with an unsatisfactory pool and deck refinishing. Disappointing, given the promising start. Owner did initially come look at the resurface issue and claimed that it was “staining”, but I followed his lead with a local pool store and did all the testing and treatment to rule that out as a possibility.
We hired Aquaworks 3 years ago to resurface our pool and pool deck. The subcontractors who did the pool deck did and outstanding job. The guy who took off the old coping chipped the waterline tile that we wanted to keep because it was porcelain and in good shape. However, the subcontractors that did the resurfacing of the pool did a somewhat poor install. Within one year the marblelite had begun to bubble and come loose. We now have other areas that are doing the same thing. We have called the owners about needing the chipped waterline tile to be repaired (we have extra tile to fix the areas), and the 1st area of the marblelite breakdown was repaired but looks horrible. After spending well over 35+K for their service you would think the work would be top notch. 25 years ago this company resurfaced our pool with Diamond brite and it held up beautifully but this time around we were told that Diamond brite wasn't as good. After doing research, we have found there are higher quality quartz resurfacing products that we weren't offered. I sincerely doubt with this company that they would utilize the warranty with the low quality marblelite. Do a thorough research before you hire this company, there are better options out there.
