Cliffs did a really good job on our pool. They were straightforward and communicative throughout the whole process. It was an expensive investment, but the quality of work shows. Highly recommend. Worked with Vinnie and the crew Barry and Jose. All we’re very friendly and knowledgeable.

Last week during one of SoFlo's bad storms... our umbrella (heavy concrete base and all) blew over into the pool and cracked the pool light, and the filter started making weird noises from all the debris. Of course this happened while my husband was out of town so I was on my own trying to figure it out. ChatGPT recommended I call Cliff's Pools. Thank god it did. The front desk was great — friendly, patient, and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what was going on. They sent someone out the same day and had everything fixed before my husband even got home!! They also pointed out an issue with our patio area that we hadn't noticed, which led to my husband booking a showroom appointment to look at resurfacing it. We're not ready to redo the whole backyard yet, but for quick fixes and honest, responsive service, this is who we'll call.
I fired this company this morning. They almost killed me;quite literally. About 10 days ago. I contacted them to redo my Pool and mentioned that the pool lights were shorted out. CJ told me that they would not repair the electrical shorts because, despite the fact that it was connected and relating to the lights and wave machine, it was “like installing a heli-port”. I contacted a separate contractor. They were stunned to find that the lights and wave machine were improperly installed and maintained and that I was lucky to be alive. At best Cliffs Pools was incredibly stupid. At worst they were guilty or Gross negligence in installing and maintaining my pool and its electrical components. Do not use this company. For anything at any time.
