If you’re looking for a pool builder I highly recommend you consider Elysian pools! About 8 months ago I started looking into building a pool. My BIGGEST requirement in hiring someone was they must get the pool done in 60 days from the day they did. I was not going to have my yard torn up for 4-5-6-7 months like some pool companies do. That’s ridiculous!! I met with multiple pool companies. I was very overwhelmed and didn’t know who to use but had narrowed it down and was very close to signing with a large pool builder. This was until a friend of mine mentioned Matt Genot with Elysian pools. When I met with Matt I had a level of comfort I wasn’t getting from the other pool builders. No disrespect to any of them or their sales people but I really liked that Matt was a smaller more one on one pool builder. He was the salesman and the foreman/builder. In other words I’d be working with ONE person, the owner, through the entire process. And let met tell you I’m so glad I went with Matt. I can be demanding and I’m pretty picky/OCD LOL! but Matt knocked it out of the park! He was on site everyday and built the pool including cage in 5 weeks!!!! And his price was right in line with the major pool builders! That means no large markups to build a pool in 5 weeks!! And his attention to detail is something I really appreciated. After each day they swept the street and cleaned up any mess out front of my house. He made sure all aspects of my pool build were perfect. So if you’re considering a pool I’d encourage you to speak with Matt before deciding!

I have built three pools in Sarasota over the years with three different builders, and I honestly wish I had found Elysian Pools sooner. This was easily the best experience I have had. Matt, the owner, does quality work and truly cares about building a pool that will hold up over time. Anyone who has priced pools knows how hard it is to compare quotes. It is rarely apples to apples. What I can say without hesitation is this. If you want a well-built pool, Elysian Pools is the right choice. Matt runs a family business, which I appreciate, and he is very careful about the products he uses. I never had to worry about cheap materials or corners being cut. What I also found reassuring was that he was onsite more than any builder I have worked with before. He is detail-oriented, like I am, and he caught and fixed things during the build that other builders missed in my past projects. Matt even took care of adding the gas lines for my fire table and fire bowl, without me having to do any extra leg work. It is clear that Elysian Pools cares about doing things the right way. Matt is also a good person, which matters. We love our pool, and I highly recommend Elysian Pools.

Matt and Remy were amazing to work with. They made our dream of having an outdoor paradise come to life.
