Being a first time pool owner, I went to the best place in St. Cloud. The ladies working were so knowledgeable and kind. They broke everything down to me so I could understand and made sure I was ready to go. They were also so kind to my 2 little girls that were with me, which resulted in them asking if they could go back to the pool store. Thank you for being a small business that cares about their customers, whether they have been long-term or brand new.

I just called for estimate for a repair which I think is a resurfacing but I’m not an expert that is why I’m calling companies to send and expert and tell me what is going on and the woman that picked up the phone was sooooo rude like I’m supposed to know the terms and know what is going on with our pool so I proceed to let her know she is being rude and thanks her and hang up.
I would give less if I could,Jim came to repair our deck some years ago and did an unprofessional job,also resurfaced the pool,and retiled,the most disgusting work,they are a ripoff.Do Not Waste Your Money.STAY AWAY!
