★★★★★Tom Cross · May 2025Google

Working with IPD was an absolute pleasure. Tom was great to work with through the sales & design process & Mike did an excellent job in overseeing the project. They strictly adhered to the timeline that was set & when they said they would be here to complete the next step, they delivered on that commitment every time. With any large scale project, I always expect to have at least one major headache to navigate, which may or may not become contentious. With IPD, that never even came close to happening. And the finished product turned out stunning! We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience & I would recommend IPD wholeheartedly to anyone that’s considering putting in a pool at their home.

★★★★★Lucy Sowers · Dec 2023Google

After 18 months of research and interviewing pool companies, IPD won my business. They are truly a top tier company. Jeff, in the sales dept, was knowlegeable and patient with me as I chose the shape of my pool, tiles, decking etc. Mike, the project manager, was extremely thorough and kept me in the loop with what stage of the project we were in and what timelines to expect. His meticulous nature was vital in making sure my pool turned out perfectly. I love it and would recommend IPD to absolutely anyone looking to build a pool. Thank you IPD!!

★★★★★S Jackson · Nov 2023Google

IPD handled our end to end build back in 2021 and I cannot recommend them enough. Not only the build time but the quality and ongoing support as well. We’ve not had a single issue with the pool itself. We have had a couple things come up with the heater and a pool light. They responded within a day and handled the warranty claims to get the issues fixed at no cost. It’s peace of mind knowing they don’t just shut the door on you once your pool is finished, but rather they really stand by their work and the equipment used to run the pool.

FANTASTIC! These guys build on another level. We priced and researched pool companies only to learn most simply sub everything out - you could have literally 6+ sub contractors trying to build your pool. That scared me. These guys are different in that they built the entire pool in-house - no subs. They explained how and why they offer superior quality also and it came with no sales pressure or games. It came out picture perfect and I sleep better knowing we have a superior built pool.
