Integrity Pools

We couldn’t be happier with our experience building our pool with Andy at Integrity Pools and his GM, Bill. From start to finish, their attention to detail commitment to quality, and customer-first approach set them apart from every other builder we considered. Our 15x30 pool was completed in just 11 weeks, a stunning ivory travertine deck and an exquisite interior finish from Wet Edge’s Prism Matrix line in Indigo Blue. We even added extra abalone for the added sparkle, and the result is nothing short of breathtaking. The water color has an incredible depth and clarity and it looks and feels absolutely luxurious. The Panoramic screen is so worth it! What truly sets Andy apart is that he doesn’t cut corners. Our experience has been that He only uses top-tier equipment, supplies, and materials to ensure everything is built to the highest standards. From the very beginning, Andy proved to be more of a visionary than just a builder, While other companies we got quotes from tried to tell us “No” to some of our idea or push their own ideas, Andy took the time to listen, understand, and even guide us on elements we hadn’t considered to bring our vision to life. And the final result? It exceeded every expectation we had. One of the biggest hurdles was our screen enclosure—we didn’t want any support beams obstructing our deck space and we wanted a panoramic screen. Multiple pool and screen companies told us it wasn’t possible, even the guy who came to measure for our install doubted it. But Andy had Dorsey (the screen pro)……. who made it happen, structurally sound and up to code, better than what we envisioned. We added laminar jets, which completely enhance the experience of the water features. The LED lights travel through the stream, creating a beautiful and mesmerizing effect. There are two LED Bubblers on the sun shelf as well and The entire system is fully automated, and controlled from my phone. We also added a heater, which has been really great in these early spring weeks. Throughout the build, if any issue arose, Andy and Bill addressed it immediately, no questions asked. They didn’t just do quick fixes—if something wasn’t perfect, they re-did it to ensure the best outcome. Unlike some other quotes we received, Integrity Pools also included startup service, Bill comes to check on things and ensure our chems are just right, which is crucial for the curing of the interior finish in the first 28 days to maintain the warranty. While any construction project can be stressful, Andy and Bill made the experience as smooth as possible. The work is “clean”, meaning it’s not only soundly built but aesthetically pleasing, everything is tucked away, plumbing is neat and orderly, no eye sores after being finished. There was no ask to big, and we made changes during the construction process and had to get paperwork to Lyon to ensure it was included, Andy made it happen. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence truly live up to the name INTEGRITY POOLS. If you’re considering building a pool, —Andy and Bill are the team you want. Seriously, they take a lot of the worry and stress out of the whole thing because you know it will get done right! Highly, highly recommended!

We had our pool built a year ago. We started our pool right before the holidays and it was finished by mid-January. Could not believe it. Andy was great to work with. He worked with us on getting the design to what we were looking for and within our budget. We interviewed several pool companies. Andy has a great reputation. He always kept us updated on the next scope of work to be done. There was work happening almost every week. Did not "sit and wait". Bill, project manager, is great as well and very knowledgeable. We had some minor fixes recently and Andy addressed promptly. We rave about him to anyone that asks about our pool and highly recommend Andy to build your pool!

We've had a wonderful experience building our pool with Andy. His project manager, Bill, is also great. There was no request that I made that was too big for Andy. He was very accommodating, always available, kept me informed along the way, and there were truly very few days where work wasn't being done. The project moved along quickly and we had none of the 'sit and wait' that you hear about with other pool companies. Andy's service is personal and professional and we're very thankful we met him!

Time Frame - I am writing this in 2020 --- Andy / Integrity Pools constructed our pool in 2000 - Got a loan from my bank and let the bank give out the draws --- It went like clock work -- I interviewed five pool companies and all but Integrity and one other are still around now --- during that time they have maintained and ever redone the pool always timely and on budget.....I give them 5 STARS out of 5 ...
