Richard and Diane responded immediately and after a thorough series of tests, determined that the pool and spa were structurally sound and that the leak was likely from several areas where the tile grout had deteriorated. They also found issues with the spa jets, which limited the jet flow pressure. We decided to move forward and have Richard re-grout the entire pool and spa and to replace the spa jets. Both repairs were a success and we're very happy with the results. Richard and Diane were extremely responsive, committed to identifying and resolving the issues, and a pleasure to work with.
