We are a Residential Community and Phoenix Pools was referred to us by another community. We are happy that we did. Chris was best value out of all our RFPs and he delivered. Our pool is updated, beautiful and working effortlessly.
I regret hiring Phoenix Pools / Chris Zwarka, he’s not deserving of your trust. It’s almost a year now since hiring him and still waiting on the job to be finished. He makes promises but never follows through. The light fixture is still sitting on the pool deck (attached to the wire) waiting to be installed which is illegal. It’s a commercial pool in an apartment building and the health dept won’t allow us to open the pool until it’s fixed. 12 months with no pool. He also promised to install a vacuum line and that never happened. Also said he’d replace the breaker panel for the pool, never happened. It’s a half finished incomplete project and he won’t return calls or come finish it. He took my money and walked away from this unfinished job. Learn from my mistake and stay away from Phoenix Pools / Chris Zwarka.
After purchasing a house find Phoenix Pools supplied and installed all the pool equipments. From day one their variable speed pool pump was leaking and pool filter lid opening mechanism wasn't working right. Contacted the company, exchanged 7-8 text messages, more than 6 weeks passed and several excuses and promises, but nothing happened. Their installations should cover and backed up by their warranty, most of the responsible contractors working that way!!! As I said, MOST !!!! But sound like that isn't what Phoenix Pools was is representing? At list not in my pools case.... Hope you reading all the reviews before find someone who is standing behind their words, license and building a good reputations in our neighborhood!!!
