From time of initial consult to install, nothing but true professionals! I can’t say enough great things about Jarrod and his team! Highly recommend! Top notch service and communication! We used Precision Luxury Aquatics for new pool construction and complete makeover of our entire yard, front and back. We received quotes from a few other local companies with good reputations prior to signing. Jarrod, the owner of Precision Luxury Aquatics just showed more enthusiasm and interest for our project than any other company so we chose to go with him. Not only that, his completion time blew EVERY single competitor out of the water!! The process from start to finish was seamless. We went in assuming any construction project would inevitably have hiccups along the way, but there really was never anything major. Jarrod kept us updated enough that we never felt like we needed to chase him down for anything, and having work done at the house ended up being pretty noninvasive. His group always got the work done without interrupting our life, and cleaned up after themselves appropriately. Our pool and entire project turned out EXACTLY, if not even better than what we envisioned. Any questions or help we needed along the way, Jarrod picked up his phone and assisted EVERY SINGLE TIME, day or night, weekdays and weekend..I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Luxury if you want reliable, conscientious people to work with and you will get an impressive quality finished pool/pavers/enclosed patio, there’s no job too big or too small for Jarrod! Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! We have had a pool for over 30 years at our last home but this is the first pool we had built. Jerrod and his crew have created a beautiful space in our backyard. Not only are we blown away at how gorgeous everything looks, we are still in disbelief at how quickly all this happened………it has been less than two months since they broke ground!!!!! Outstanding, what a great company to do a big project with. Jerrod was extremely professional throughout from beginning to end. We built a pool that needed a retaining wall and a large 1000sqft roof and screened area. He did everything and so quickly, 12 weeks and the job was done. Communication was excellent and pricing was not beaten. We had several quotes, Jerrod is the best in the game. If you thinking of building a pool, this is the company to do it with. We could not of been happier. After sales service was also top notch!
