We are very pleased with our new pool. Our space was small and we were skeptical about what could be built there. The planning phase was very thorough and we managed to squeeze out every square inch of usable space. What we ended up with was a wonderful surprise! I had requested a special tile design for our waterfall feature and it was something I think was a first time request for Royal Gardens. When the time came to add the tiles we discussed it and I picked two different colors to create the pattern. The results are stunning, we couldn’t be happier with the artwork. We also added a screen enclosure which is not in the photo and it looks great too. Our design includes a hot tub section. The heat pump works very quickly. The whole system is controlled through an app on our phones. The jets can be adjusted from gentle to deep tissue. There is an impressive level of flexibility and power in this design. After filling the pool with water and running the new pump we had to learn how to maintain and adjust the water level. Every time we had a question or needed a visit from a technician they were extremely prompt in responding. I would recommend these contractors to my friends and I’ve already passed the contacts on to my coworkers who were interested. Now everyone is talking about how we have an oasis ready just in time for the summer heat.

We had Royal Garden remodel our pool by adding a sundeck and waterfall to our 35 year old pool, blowing out the pool deck, and adding a sitting area with a hammock and beach area with palm trees. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Royal Gardens! From the initial design consultation with Moe to the final walkthrough with Sam, their team demonstrated exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and professionalism. Every element of the design felt thoughtful and tailored to our space, and their ability to translate our vision into reality was truly impressive. Throughout the construction process Sam provided consistent supervision and communication throughout the entire process. We always felt informed and supported, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The estimated completion date and costs for the project were spot-on, which was a pleasant surprise in an industry where those aren’t common. If you're looking for a team that combines artistic vision with meticulous execution, Royal Gardens is the one to call. Highly recommended!

I recently contracted Royal Gardens Contracting to build a pool for my home, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the start, their team was professional, attentive, and easy to work with. They did a great job addressing any concerns we had throughout the project and were always willing to explain things clearly. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If something was wrong or didn’t come out exactly as expected, they made sure to address it and correct it right away. That level of accountability really stood out. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just execute the project, they also provided great ideas and suggestions that helped improve the final design of the pool. Their experience and attention to detail really showed in the finished product. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Royal Gardens Contracting to anyone looking to build a pool or complete a similar project.

Royal Gardens Pools is amazing! After being disappointed by several other pool companies, They were able to deliver the beautiful pool we desired. The process was smooth, simple, and quick. The day the permits were granted, Sam was out preparing the site for the dig the next morning. The dig, rebar framing, piping, electrical, and shotcrete all completed within ten days. Had we not decided to add in additional construction work, the pool would have been completed in a month. Royal Gardens was flexible with our selections and accommodated the additions we made. Business Owner “Sam” was easy to work with, very responsive, and provided great design ideasThe pool has been completed by their skilled workers, and we were always impressed that they cleaned up after themselves. Pools delivers on all their promises. We received the whole space outside that we have always dreamed of. Thank you Royal Gardens

Using Royal Garden Contracting has been the biggest financial mistake we have ever made and I hope we’re able to save at least one person from the same heartache. Going online and reading the absolute fantastic reviews from this company makes me feel like someone has punched me right in the stomach, knowing what they put us through. Seeing the absolutely terrible workmanship from Debbie and her crew (a subcontractor Sam and Royal Garden approved of only to go bankrupt while doing our backyard) is truly unbelievable.. It makes me sick to my stomach, especially with how much money we spent on our project and the trust we put in this company (for our very first remodel) Not a year and a half later we’ve had to pay another company to come out to replace the channel drain that Royal garden installed and replaced multiple times because they had no idea what they were doing. (Among other things) Walking around our back patio will be a constant reminder of unkept promisees from Royal Garden. Missing grout/broken tiles/our back walkway looks absolutely terrible, the concrete edge failed after 6 months now our tiles are coming up and sloped. The retaining wall has multiple cracks/ the wood in our shower is already splintering and the shower itself is sloped. The stairs off the sunroom are slopped so wrongly that we had to hire another contractor to brace up the railing with risers in the center. Because our entire back patio is sloped incorrectly the channel drain does not drain properly.. which can only be fixed if all our pavers are replaced and our patio is sloped properly Also.. because of them being laid improperly they’re all starting to crack, as well as hearing the hollow sound when walking on pavers from being improper laid. There are white stains and splotches all over the tiles from Debbie’s crew using the wrong paver sealer (on our natural stone) and then the wrong sealer remover. The pavers are completely ruined… They were supposed to resurface and fix our cracked retaining wall. Instead the just put stucco right over the old cracks which are not returning exactly as they were. See before and after pictures. During the renovation an oil tank was dug up and not covered properly during a hurricane. The oil from the tank spilled over into our entire backyard damaging our bamboo and seeping into our house!! See pictures of oil in backyard and in our indoor 5’ crawl space that’s adjacent to our bedroom. The landscaper that was hired laid down so many rocks our plants won’t grow. The construction workers threw all their debris into our plants along our driveway killing them and never replaced them. There was never a port-o-potty placed at our house, yet we paid for one We have had issues with our pool lights from day one only to be told “ they just need to be reset” we had to have one pool light replaced. The rep from the company said they weren’t properly sealed, and have yet another appointment to address two more lights that have constantly given us issues. Our pool plaster was so rough, when my family would get out of the pool they would have scrapes all over their feet and knees (from leaning against the walls) we had to fight with royal garden for 6 months to get them to agree to sand the pool down, only to have to drain and refill our pool again. I ordered custom water line tiles from another company, when Royal Garden had the tiles laid they installed the checkered pattern incorrectly and had to cut each individual tile out, upon doing so all the tiles were left with hair line cracks. $3500 worth of tiles ruined. The coping tile around the pool is so uneven it sticks out anywhere from 1/4” to an 1” they had no clue what they were doing and they used our money to practice with There isn’t one part of our backyard remodel that was done properly.. and now we have to live with $120k worth of mistakes.. I’m sick to my stomach.. but I’m mostly sick because apparently this company can do a great job (the reviews say so) They just decide to take the cheap and shitty route with us
