Serenity Pools did an amazing job on my new pool and spa! I love the modern, clean look that is so inviting! I selected Serenity Pools because of its outstanding reputation for building pools. Serenity is noted for having received awards in the past, such as the Pool of the Year Award in Polk County for Serenity's original designs that exceeded standard expectations. Robert Liberatore, general contractor and owner of Serenity Pools, has proven to deliver pools that are engineered and built soundly according to state requirements. Robert came to my house and explained the pool building process, as well as provided many different options, such as adding a spa, waterfall, bubblers, water jets, a sun deck and various tile colors and designs. He measured the area in my backyard where the pool was to be built and provided examples of pool shapes and sizes. Overall, the entire staff at Serenity Pools was very personable and strived to please their customers. Robert's friendly, easy-going personality, as well as his commitment to customer satisfaction made my pool addition a pleasure. It was obvious that Robert sets extremely high standards for his pools, using only the highest quality of materials available. And he made sure that I was completely happy with the finished product.
After searching for months and researching different pool contractors in our area my husband and I finally chose Serenity Pools and Spa! Serenity Pools and Spa helped make our dream pool a reality for my husband and I. Rob and his crew were amazing from start to finish. He listened to every detail and concern we had when we first began thinking of having a pool built. He took time to explain everything, meet us at the pool company to look at different pool choices such as the spray colors/textures for the bottom and designs that could be incorporated, and helped us choose a design that worked for our lifestyle and most importantly our budget! I love coming home to my beautiful pool and spa with every single detail that I chose to just sit by in the afternoons and listen to water run or have a quick dip in on a warm summers day. It’s truly like having a resort right in our backyard, it’s so beautiful! I would highly recommend Serenity Pools. If we ever build another pool or need someone I will definitely use again!
This is our families 2nd pool built by Rob. And I would build with him a third time if I had to. Rob exceeded our expectations and came up with a beautiful design and configuration again. From his recommendations with colors and materials to the final layout, everything turned out great. Rob does what he says he can do, and he does it professionally with great awareness of the details. And we have recommended Rob to our friends and he ended building their pools as well. From bid to build to swim, it was stress free.
Rob with Serenity pools just completed our pool and patio remodel. The entire process exceeded our expectations. Rob walked us through the entire process, including selecting just the right tile, resurfacing material, upgrading the pool equipment and how best to enhance our entire patio deck. When the project was completed it looked like a new pool. Rob, also made sure the remodel was completed on time for a scheduled event. I would highly recommend Serenity Pools!
Funny how my original post 2 months ago just disappeared. Zero Stars if I could!!! I received a quote late last year. At the time we were unable to move forward. I contacted Rob again in Aug this year and told him we were ready to move forward with a pool and to re-quote me. He immediately sent me out a new quote that wasnt too far off on the pricing and accounted for price increases that were expected. After a day of reviewing, I contacted Rob back and advised that we were ready to move forward and to get into contract signing and the next steps. From that point on, Rob stopped responding to my emails and repeated calls. I continued to advise him that we were interested and secured our funding, however still no response. After several weeks, I called again and Rob picked up. I explained that we were ready again and what were the next steps. Rob acted as if we never had the prior conversation of the fact that I was ready to get into contract. He then tells me that he would get the contract over to me within the next day. After waiting another few days, I never received the contract. Attempted to contact Rob again and all calls went to voicemail. Immediately after the last time I called, I tried calling Rob back from a different number, literally 2 minutes later and he responded back. I ask him about the next steps, and he said he would send out the contract and that was the last time I heard from him. I understand that alot of these pool companies are either too busy, behind schedule, or perhaps may have too much work ahead of them. Maybe even he didnt feel comfortable with the new price that he quoted me, and in his mind maybe wanted to charge me considerably higher. Whatever the reasons were, this is customer service 101, and basic communication was lacking from Rob. At that point, I thought to myself, if he cant even answer the phone and do what he says he would do, how would he respond when building our pool? Would we receive the highest quality pool? Would we receive constant communication? At that point I lost all faith and trust in this builder and looked elsewhere. Why pool companies play the games that they play is beyond me, however it is best to really do you research and look elsewhere and work with a pool company that is all about fulfilling your desire to build your dream pool. In the end, we found a different company elsewhere that is reputable, that displayed true customer service, and got us up and ready with a quote, contract signing, permits and pool dig right away, all within weeks. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere as well. 3/18/23 - The business response below is a complete lie. Wow, just be an honest company for once! Everything you said below in your response is 100 percent false! I’m so glad I chose another company because you would have lied your way thru the entire build process.
One would think that a pool company (Serenity Pools and Spas) would want to sale a pool. Apparently not. I have been trying to work with them for weeks on getting my pool project of the ground with no success. If I can't get them to responded to my request, why would I spend upwards of $100,000 dollars on this company. Please look somewhere else.
