Outstanding on so many levels! We moved to Titusville and bought a house about 3 years ago. The house was built in the early 90s. We want to make the house OURS and fortify the major maintenance issues such as siding, prior to retirement. We decided on Titan Construction to remove our old, patched, and spot rotting siding with Hardi Lap siding, Hardi Board trim, and complete new paint, including base color change. Titan's crew was the best, from the initial call to the last swipe of the paint brush. Outstanding communication all the way through, which is extremely important to me. The job was started earlier than expected, progressed from one trade to the next seamlessly, and finished ahead of schedule, and under budget!!! The team kept the area clean as they progressed (even on hands and knees picking up nails and little pieces of material). Every part of the job was done with great attention to detail, as if it was their own property. The attention to these little details show the care that is put into their work. Every question or concern was answered immediately and addressed in the most professional manner. Levi, our project manager, was on top of the project with frequent visits. He envisioned our project better than we did! I was very comfortable with every recommendation and couldn't wait to see the end product. We are ecstatic with the results. Titan has earned a customer for life. As we proceed into retirement in a few years, I am confident that Titan will be there for our house's needs, and most of all, they have earned our TRUST. I so look forward to our next project with Titan Construction and Consulting. I highly recommend that you consider Titan for any of your needs around your property.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Titan Construction. After a devastating house fire just before Christmas 2024, we were overwhelmed and unsure of what the rebuilding process would look like. From the very beginning, our contractor, Levi, was exceptional. He responded promptly to my initial request to meet and followed up shortly afterward with a detailed quote that fit comfortably within our budget. What truly sets Titan Construction apart is their efficiency and professionalism. While we were repeatedly told by others to expect a 12–18 month rebuild, Levi and his crew completed the entire project in just 8 months—without cutting corners. Every hurdle we encountered along the way was handled quickly, professionally, and with clear communication, which gave us tremendous peace of mind during an otherwise stressful time. Although I would never wish our situation on anyone, if you ever find yourself needing to rebuild after a loss—or even if you’re simply looking for help with a smaller project—I wholeheartedly recommend giving Titan Construction a call. Their workmanship, integrity, and commitment to their clients is truly outstanding.

After months of searching for a contractor to replace my deck, I contacted Titan Construction. To say this was my best decision yet would be an understatement. Within a day or two of my initial call, Levi called and immediately came out to quote my job. He was kind, responsive, and thorough in his project estimating. He asked me questions on design that I hadn’t even thought about and got the estimate over to me the same day. The estimate was detailed and left few questions unanswered. Upon acceptance of the quote, the job was scheduled within two weeks. The crew sent to replace my deck were meticulous in every single detail. Jason, Sherry, and Darrell’s hard work surpassed my expectations. It was STUNNING! I can’t say enough about this crew and Titan Construction as a whole. If you need a contractor or you’re struggling to choose one for your job, contact Titan Construction! You won’t be disappointed!

We have been involved with Titan for three years doing an extensive addition/renovation to our house. We have developed confidence in the quality of the workmanship they provide. They are reliable and responsive to any concerns we've had. Such a can-do attitude. One project they did for us was not up to their standard. Without asking, Jerry had it taken apart and redone even though we would not have known any better. That scored a lot of trust points with us. They even helped out with construction issues involving other vendors. A lot of time and effort while asking for no compensation! They are a fair and honorable organization. We would absolutely use them again if we were so inclined to tackle such a project again.

I now have photographic evidence of my windows. That will prove that the report from Titan is wrong. It was coerced from the HOA President and I believe that it's an attempt to Imbezzle money from the HOA. I find it hard to believe that the windows that were installed 4 years ago. Are now considered improperly installed because of a request from the HOA President. Levi did a inspection for a quote, he states that my windows now are bad? This sounds. Like fraud, corruption and possibly insurance fraud. IMHO The HOA had okayed the installation four years ago. The window company had installed the windows correctly 4 years ago. The Titusville code enforcement came out and did their final inspection and stated that the windows were up to code. But now, 11/25/24 the installation was bad? I think it's time for the city to come back out and re-evaluate the installation. And if not the installation, then the quote from Titan construction that the windows are improperly installed. I smell a rat.

Titan took my $1450 down payment and never provided any services. Later informed us they didn’t have time to do job and have not refunded money. Do not give Titan any money until work has been completed.
