I had All Seasons Pools put in my salt water pool three years ago. There is nothing fancy about the pool - I wanted a plain rectangle as deep as possible so the water stays cooler in the summer. I also do not have a screened enclosure, making my pool very high maintenance for filters and cleaning. I've waited to post my review because I understand home construction projects can be long and painful (this one was relatively easy - but I expect inconveniences during complicated projects) and the most important thing to me is maintenance support during warranty. I am pleased to say that they've been very responsive and have had a pool tech when I have pump problems (about 4 times a year) within a couple of days. I just email them for help and they send someone out. I've never been given any trouble with parts replacements or anything else. I recommend All Seasons as a pool builder here in Orlando. :)
Oh my Gosh, DON'T USE ALL SEASONS POOLS! they are very nice & accommodating in the beginning of the sales. Construction was slow it was outsourced/subcontractors all seasons didn't even show up to monitor the work, the hole was left filling back up with dirt & caving in we try to bring it to their attention, well nobody seemed to care, they still poured concrete & never used a tape measure so we have a shallow end of the pool also We paid premium for the pool finish, what a joke its still is blotchy color! They sent the unprofessional person back & pour tons of Acid into the pool at a Not safe level to go into pool for months! Worst part, is the horrible Female warranty person would not stand behind anything, refused to honor any claims we had that a repair tech explained that the pool was not installed correctly. Good thing is All seasons store is closed here in St. Johns, Florida!
The entire team was professional. Our sales manager Tom accommodated our schedule for a Weekend appointment to meet at the office and design and contract for our pool. He worked with us to maximize our budget. Don, the general manager over saw the construction of our pool. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. We didn't build an ordinary in ground pool, our yard sloped down to a retention pond so a retaining wall was need to hold the pool. The construction started the weekend of Thanksgiving and we are completed and using the pool in mid February (2 1/2 months from beginning to end). Carol communicated when payments weee needed along the way, which was outlined in the contract and on their pool build website so you can track the next steps. Marilyn in services and Ron also did a great job in responding to questions and advising when workers would be onsite. We could not be happier with our decision to have worked with All Season Pools!
Honestly, so disappointed, I am speechless. My husband and I just moved into a new home and, we had heard great things about All Seasons. Well two months later...my backyard is completely destroyed, they took out my entire sprinkler system that I now apparently am responsible for paying for, as there is dirt pool water shooting out from my deck, and our heater doesn't even work. Complete disappointment for how much money we paid. I honestly had hope when we met with the manager today, he would at least seem to care. Nope! This is apparently all of ours faults, and that when you put in a new pool its known that you have to reroute your entire irrigation system--also cannot do the landscaping until the irrigation is fixed which is going to cost me several thousands that they will take no responsibility for. The independent irrigation/landscaping company clearly said they burst a pipe and knew it, but obviously they don't seem to care. PLEASE PLEASE don't waste your money. My new backyard in my new beautiful home looks absolutely horrible, I want to cry every time I look at it. And they don't care one bit that its destroyed. I wish I would of known.
Went for our first swim last night! When we decided to build a pool I treated it like a competitive solicitation. I wrote down what we wanted, drew some sketches, and sent it out to 12 pool companies. Seven responded and All Seasons Pools (ASP) had the best offer combining price and features with experience - that is why we selected them. ASP got to work right away. They did the drawings, applied for permits, but most importantly - they let us know what was going on. As to be expected with any major construction project, there were some problems along the way - and I am sure that would hold true regardless of who the contractor is because nothing is perfect and issues will always arise. However, in the face of those issues, ASP staff always communicated with me, let me know what was happening, and were ready and willing to do what was necessary to make sure the project was on track and that I was completely satisfied. In the end, the quality of the final product is what counts and ASP has delivered the goods. The pool is exactly what we wanted, it is built to last, it is a beauty to look at, and the staff has been awesome to deal with. My water is at 90 degrees - and I will be swimming again tonight!
Contract signed 6/21, complete 1/23. A project that took too long, and was a nightmare the whole process. Many failed inspections, including electrical and plumbing. One inspection failure was an error to not to call in inspection of grounding, thus All Seasons Pools having to cut four huge squares into a poured slab (SEE PHOTOS). After that debacle, All Seasons wanted to fill holes and basically do a quick fix patch job on the pool deck. That was a NO GO from us, and begrudgingly, they did the job properly by resurfacing the entire deck. Steps into pool were crooked and different heights, so they had to chop and repair. Continuous leaks that were only solved after three visits by a private leak detector service, on one visit, the leak detector said that All Seasons accused me of overfilling the pool. Beware of the contract. The way it's formatted, you will have paid the pool off in full BEFORE the pool is completed. That's never a good idea for the consumer. I have an issue with a company you call in regards to a problem or matter of concern and a popular response is "Well, you signed the contract" or "We've been in business 40 years". Not exactly what you want to hear when your project is running too long, or you become frustrated by their ineptness. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for pool construction.
