Bob Herrold’s All Seasons Swimming Pools & Spas, Inc

I'm writing this in hopes of helping both the company and the consumer, who purchases a pool from All Season. I'll start off by stating my complete satisfaction for the pool they built for us. I'm expressing my appreciation, my satisfactions, my criticisms and recommendations for both All Seasons and you, the consumer, in hopes that your experiences will be as good as mine. Louis, the salesman has completely satisfied our thoughts and plans for our pool. The cooperation at their office, the true interest and our satisfaction was clearly expressed during every call. We were very fussy consumers, we wanted our money's worth, just as you do, and I can clearly say we got totally satisfied and our money's worth. Our pool was started on schedule, but abruptly stopped. Groundwater definitely delayed the process. The subcontractor was not prepared for the problem, but eventually a month later, the project was started again. To be clear, the groundwater was a problem throughout the entire process. Even after the finish was applied to the pool. The finish had to be scraped off in many places in order to resolve the groundwater, leaking into the pool. This may have been a unique issue related to our pool and our location. This was not All Seasons fault, but the solution took a lot of time. Eventually, the pool was finally completed and it took all of approximately 6 to 7 months. This was not expected by either the company or my wife and I, and we were very disturbed. The bottom line was the company replied to our calls and finally Brandon, the owner called me a couple of times about the issues as I requested. He assured me throughout the last few months of the process that I would be totally satisfied and I will admit, I was totally satisfied with the performance of his people, and the product I received. I must add that the performance and communication between his Foreman, on the job site and myself was the weak point in his organization. Nevertheless, everything else was completed as promised to our satisfaction. I recommend All Season highly, and anyone who wants to talk to me can call and see the finished product. In addition, his follow-up for the rest of the first year, relating to replacing a railing and repainting the cool deck was all inclusive. The pool is beautiful and we love it.

This is a pool builder Good follow up support for short time after install Careful: warranty is just three years On your own after that - won't even talk to you - make referrals to qualified contractor support Clearly warranties are designed to expire shortly before problems begin to occur. Appears power cell and or circuit board have failed - their position...'good luck with tgat, go find tech support. Find a builder who prilivides continued tech and maintenance support

I contracted with Bob Herrold's pools 2 years ago, they built me a beautiful pool, fantastic patio and screen enclosure. They completed it on time and on budget. I am extremely happy with the build and have been enjoying my pool for the last 2 years. More importantly, Bob Herrold's continues to support me with any issues that come up . I have only had a couple of issues with the hayward control pad and lights, but they were very minor. A simple call to Bob Herrold's and they took care of the problem immediately. They were able to get someone to come and fix the programming pad and also hayward's support team itself helped me to take care of the lighting problem that I was having. The true value of a company is after the sale support ,and Bob Herrold's is the best in the industry. Thank you all. We are enjoying our pool and we'll continue to enjoy it for many years to come. I recommend Bob Herrold's highly Best regards to everyone at Bob Herrold's.

They've done a fantastic job with our pool project. I've had a pool built by artesian and Bob herrold at two of my properties. Both have built me nice pools. I do have to give bob herrolds the edge though. They were easier to deal with over emails. Bob herrolds built my pool super fast! Just updating to zero stars, called to ask a few questions about some issues, didn't ask for a free fix, just over the phone questions. Immediately strayed away from helping out by saying I'm out of warranty. All I wanted to know was if there was a way to recalibrate the salt chlorine generators salt level readings. Diane you could have just said that is an indication of a generator needing a replacement. Instead you just didn't want to help. I had recommended you guys to many of my friends, some of which went and got their pools done by you. Well that nice word of mouth is not going to happen anymore. Just slightly over 3 years since the build. Spa leaks water through tile, some salt crystal looking things form on the tile around the spa. Spa check valve damaged. Installer could have faced the transparent plastic part to the north instead of south, (too much sun made the transparent plastic cover for the check valve break its hinges. Horrible grout job on the tiles as if they smeared mud together with grout. They couldn't even give me an accurate estimate for the size of the pool. Good thing I'm not so bad in math and could figure out that their number was way off. I had artesian and these guys build me pools. I should have stuck with artesian, not that they are so much better, but overall experience makes me lean towards artesian being a better pool builder than these guys. Talking from experience here. And hey Diane, if you are reading this. All you had to do was just be nice instead of dismissing me that I'm out of warranty. As a customer that spent over $70,000 with you guys, it would have been the right thing to do, to answer a few questions.

8/28/24 I would recommend All Seasons Pool, in New Smyrna Beach, to anyone who is thinking about an inground pool. We were nervous, as it is a big job. We had gotten several quotes and they were the best for the money and the quality of the pool we wanted. Sales and design people, Louis and Christine arrived at my home on time and were professional and knowledgeable. They designed a pool that was amazing. All seasons has the steps of building a pool down to a science. We were aware of what we had to do and when we had to do it. The crews and office staff were professional and did a great job. The pool was finished in 3 months. If you are thinking of a pool here are my yard before and after pictures. My kids 3 and 4yrs. absolutely love it and want to be in it all day ,every day.
