If I could give Graco Pools more than 5 stars, I would! From our very first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. The entire team took the time to truly listen to what we wanted, respected our budget, and designed a backyard that exceeded every expectation we had. Larry didn’t treat us like just another customer—he got to know our family, remembered our kids’ and even our dogs’ names, and by the end of the project, we truly felt like family. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Every part of our backyard came together beautifully—from the stunning pool and screened cage to the gorgeous paver deck and the roof extension off our lanai. One of the most meaningful features they included was the built-in therapy jet benches, which have been such a blessing for my husband’s back after his military service and injury. That level of thoughtfulness meant more to us than words can express. We were also amazed at how quickly the entire project was completed. We expected the process to take much longer, but Graco Pools stayed on schedule without ever sacrificing quality or craftsmanship. Our neighbors were so amazed at how quickly our project was finished. Even after everything was finished, they came back to walk through every detail with us, answered every question we had, and made sure we were completely happy before considering the job complete. That kind of customer service is rare today. If you’re looking for a company that is honest, family-oriented, military-friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about creating your dream backyard, Graco Pools is the one. We initially reached out to Graco for pricing a pool renovation for our home in Valrico, Florida. The scope of work included completely removing the existing concrete slab, installing new concrete foundations, a brand new paver deck, and adding a pool enclosure. We ended up deciding to add replacing the existing waterline tile with tiles that matched our vision. After meeting with Larry, it became very clear to us that him and his team were the contractor we wanted to work with. They took the time to listen to our thoughts and concerns and put together a proposal that was not only extremely well priced, but well thought out piece by piece while capturing every line item of work we had talked about in our first meeting. The planning was super thorough, which allowed to keep the project on track once we started work and avoid any major mishaps. Larry was on site every day, whether it was simply to check in with the crews (or us) or actually pick up a shovel and help his team. The project finished on time, within budget, and exceeded our expectations. Pictures do not do this remodel justice. I would never hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, or anyone reading this review.

We went with Graco Construction to extend our back porch and we’re are so happy we did! From the start Larry and Julie, the owners, were very responsive. Larry himself came out to do our initial estimate where he shared a ton of great information we didn’t get from other companies. The longest part of the process was permitting- which they completely handled! And once the work started it went seamlessly! Every one that worked on our porch (large concrete pad poured, texture, paint, the porch was screened in and covered with an insulated roof) was so nice and extremely professional. Larry stayed in communication with us the entire time and came out to work on or check on the project throughout the entire process. We weren’t just passed off to someone else. We could tell he cared about the work being done and that it met our expectations. We are so happy with our new back porch! It’s perfect and better than we thought it would turn out! Highly recommended working with Graco if you’re doing any projects they offer!
