Highly recommended. It took me over a year to write this review because I wanted to be assertive and fair, and without any doubt I am confident to recommend Gramar pool service for you backyard project. Luis and his team were very professional with a friendly touch. The job was clean, timely fashion and efficient. One year and a half later the equipment is running smoothly, no fail and I an enjoying my backyard.

I cannot give Gramar enough stars for the job that they did at my home. They turned my back yard into an oasis. From the first communication with Luis there was professionalism , knowledge and willingness to do everything possible to ensure our complete happiness and satisfaction. Messages were consistently answered immediately, changes were promptly made to our specifications when asked, and there were zero hidden fees or charges. The contract was followed to a T. Not one “surprise charge” at the end. Everything promised was delivered with a smile. Even with a slight delay due to heavy rain, and sometimes a language barrier (that was easily overcome) I could not have chosen a better team to give me the pool of my dreams. I am so impressed with the job Gramar did I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Luis and his crew were such a pleasure to deal with and the service provided went above and beyond the entire way through the process. Thank you Luis and the crew for a job well done!!! We are beyond satisfied! :)

I'm very happy with the pool and the work of the owner, Mr. Luis, and his employees Juan Carlos. They are all excellent workers, responsible, and kind. They always answered our calls and questions patiently and courteously. The pool is beautiful, and I'm truly delighted. I highly recommend this company without any complaints because they always treat me with respect and professionalism. Thanks again to Luis and all the guys.
