From our very first conversation, Cindy was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me create the best possible backyard design. She took the time to understand my vision, lifestyle, and budget considerations, then provided thoughtful recommendations and creative ideas that significantly improved the overall pool concept. What stood out most was Cindy's ability to explain the pros and cons of different design options, features, and materials in a way that made the decision-making process much easier. Although I ultimately decided not to move forward with the project due to budget constraints and personal financial considerations, that decision was in no way a reflection of Cindy or the quality of service she provided. We were really happy that we decided to work with the guys from Pool Perfection. They did a great job and created a beautiful pool for us. They did design stage was thorough and we worked with the designer to develop a number of iterations, and he was easy to work with and did not grow tired of the process taking too long to make sure that we got what we wanted. He was helpful, patient, and would answer our questions to our satisfaction. The build crew was great too! While we knew they were there - we were not disturbed through the days. The project manager was thorough, communicated frequently and directly. We made sure that any issues were discussed as we saw them and they generally revolved around our understanding rather than something large that needed to be changed. Very happy with the overall result. These guys cleaned up around them as they built. We knew what they were doing, and the communication was superb. We are enjoying having a pool !

My wife and I engaged with Pool Perfection to build a new pool at our home in Tampa last summer. The initial consultation at our home was very straightforward and Steve set great expectations about the process and timeline. Our PM, Nick was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the whole process. I was even more impressed with the communication from the owner, Shai. He went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with a neighbor and inserted himself to make sure all timelines and expectations were met. Our pool was finished in less than 8 weeks and was exactly what we hoped for and imagined. This company has a high degree of accountability, experience, and precision with their projects and is clearly run by a true leader. I would recommend these folks to friends, family, and anyone looking for a high quality pool with no BS around timeline, pricing, and execution. The owner, Shai has been quick to answer the phone and help answer questions long after the pool was finished. A+ experience.
