After receiving estimates from five different pool companies, we decided to go with Stunning Backyards because they offered the best overall value for our budget. Like any construction project, there were a couple of workmanship issues along the way, but the team worked closely with their subcontractors and made sure everything was corrected to our satisfaction. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and never lacked. In the end, we got the backyard we had always dreamed of and are extremely satisfied with our pool. I would recommend Stunning Backyards to anyone looking for a pool contractor.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have patiently waited for issues to be fixed before posting this review. I hired Stunning Backyards to install my pool and pavers, and nearly a year later I am still dealing with significant workmanship issues that have never been properly addressed. The problems include: -paid for extra square footage for pool deck, but ran out of materials so didn’t add and didn’t refund. • Pavers that are visibly uneven and not installed in straight lines.
• Waterline tile that is noticeably misaligned, with sections off by approximately an inch.
• Corner tile work that does not line up properly, despite there being sufficient materials available to complete the job correctly.
• Additional defects that have been identified by multiple contractors and service professionals who have worked on my property since the installation. I was repeatedly told that repairs could not be completed because the pavers I selected were difficult to obtain. However, multiple contractors have since told me that these pavers are readily available and should not be difficult to source. This has only added to my frustration and concern about the explanations I have been given throughout this process. My biggest disappointment is not just the quality of the work, it is the complete lack of communication and accountability afterward. I have called numerous times to report these issues. Representatives have visited my property, inspected the work, and assured me they would follow up. Yet phone calls go unanswered, promised follow-ups never happen, and I am left chasing answers. I have made every reasonable effort to give this company the opportunity to correct these problems. Instead, I have experienced repeated delays, conflicting explanations, and long periods of no communication. The photos I am including speak for themselves. As I approach the one-year mark since installation, I am documenting everything and exploring additional avenues to have these issues resolved. If you are considering hiring Stunning Backyards, understand that the true test of a company is not when everything goes right, it's how they respond when something needs to be fixed. Unfortunately, that has been the most disappointing part of my experience. The photos show where the waterline is in relation to tile lines, the skimmer area is visibly higher that the rest of the areas and could have been fixed, there are more but hard to capture in photos. Buyer beware.

I interviewed and screened around 8 pool construction companies before selecting Stunning Backyards. I am so glad I chose them, their pricing is fair and David has been very professional from the beginning to the end of the project. The whole office staff has been very responsive and answered all my questions from the design phase to actual build of our dream pool. Now , all we have to do is relax and enjoy the beautiful oasis in our backyard! Thank you Stunning Backyards!

David and his company are by far the most affordable option we could find for our pool in Central Fl. They do quality work and they are always there to answer any concerns. The process was a bit long and sometimes it felt like we were never going to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but it's always like that with any pool company, overall we are pleased with the results and we can't wait for summer to start enjoying our new Stunning Backyard.
