Zac and Ultra Customs Pools built us a one of a kind pool. They are great to work with during the project. They continue to provide us with fantastic support after the last hurricanes we had some tile damage and Zac had his crew come out and fix it right away. We highly recommend Ultra Customs Pools and have done so to several friends. They are the best pool company in Florida and we will be having them build us an outdoor kitchen.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this pool contractor based on my experience. They completed our pool and decking, but the decking began peeling almost immediately after installation. The contractor did come back and redo the decking, but unfortunately, the same problem happened again almost immediately. Zach (owner) acknowledged that the materials originally used were not correct and agreed to redo the decking again using a different product. We scheduled a time for the work to be done, but they never showed up. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact Zach. I have called approximately once a week and have also sent emails, but I have received no response. I understand that problems can happen during a construction project, and I was willing to give them the opportunity to correct the issue. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-through after the contractor acknowledged the problem and agreed to fix it. At this point, we are left with decking that has failed multiple times and a contractor who is no longer responding. I hope they will eventually follow through on their commitment, but based on my experience so far, I would caution others to carefully consider the quality of the materials being used and, more importantly, the level of customer service they can expect if something goes wrong.

Ultra Custom Group completed three large scale custom rehab projects on my house. The projects included their Ufold doors across our rear lanai. It opens the entire house. Project was completed on budget and schedule. Scope was completed within a quarter inch to fit with new flooring. We also asked them to remove large five foot soffit. They removed all of this to leave us with a 15 foot ceiling that opens the house to the new ufold doors. While they were doing these two projects, we asked them to take out a hallway wall. They did excellently with all three projects. All done very well. They transformed our house and did this within budget. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Update- 10/27/23: once again, the pool journey continues. Very satisfied with the work the product, can’t wait till completion, which at this point we can see the end. Everyone at this company has had their hands on our project. If there was anything, I was unsure of, they answered my questions, If there was anything I didn’t like, they corrected it within their means. Once again, we are extremely satisfied with Ultra Custom Group and we recommend you allow them the chance to build your project, we will keep you updated until the end. Jim and Jen. We’ve used many contractors to build our home. Ultra Custom Group has truly been the best contractor we have ever hired! You don’t even have to think about hiring them, do yourself a favor and just do it, you won’t regret it. Leo, Zack, BJ and the whole team at Ultra Custom Group care and make sure your project is on point ! These people are awesome.

Well a pool in 2021 sounded impossible except we used Ultra Custom. From beginning to end they did great work. Aside from delays in material this was a really great experience. 6 months to complete our project from digging the hole to jumping into the finished product. Their options for product are above the rest too. There were no easy choices or lesser material. Definitely call Zac P for an estimate on your project. You won’t regret it. They still keep coming out to make sure everything is working right and setting properly. Only recommendation I have of them is to have better communication through the process. Sometimes you wouldn’t know who was coming out next or when. With supplies hard to get I understood, but would of been nice to know.

Absolute delight working with the Ultra Custom team! They designed and remodeled our outdoor living space for our wedding which entirely elevated the space 😍 We are looking forward to working with them again for our near future renovations!
