I wish there were words to express the gratitude my husband and I have for Xecutive Pools. Rob did an outstanding job in explaining everything when we contracted with them to do a complete overhaul of our patio and pool. Which included removing our old Jacuzzi and making it into a swim shelf. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was going to have to be done. But I can not say enough about the professionalism of this entire team. The Most Valuable Player is Moise Ponce, he ran the whole team from start to finish. He was so kind and considerate from start to finish to ensure everything was completed to perfection, including stopping on the final day when they turned it over to us to fix our Gate that had pulled loose from the house, no fault of the team what so ever but he fixed it or us anyway. Magnum, was a superstar as well as all those that came to work on the project. I wish I could say enough about this company and all that work for them. If we ever need anything else we will surely come back to Xecutive Pools. And as a last note, the original turn over date to complete the project was 3/10/2026 and it actually was completed by 2/13/2026 which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Rob and Moise for all you did and bless you all.

I live in the Carrollwood Area in Tampa. One of my neighbors is renovating his pool and their pool contractor is Xecutive Pools. Right before Thanksgiving one of their crews came into our subdivision and drove through my front yard and caused extensive damage (see photos attached). I went to my neighbor, explained the situation and we both spoke to the driver of the truck that caused the damage. At first the driver tried to deny it, until I confronted him with the fact that several people at my home witnessed him driving through the yard and showed him the double axel wheel tracks. At that point he called his boss, and I was told that I would get a call back immediately. I have left numerous phone calls with Xecutive Pools requesting that someone call me back so this gets resolved. The only one who will call me back is an office employee who has no authority to make any type of decisions. In my conversation with their office employee, I have requested several times that an owner from Xecutive Pools please have the courtesy to please call me back. I still have not received any phone calls from anyone in authority at Xecutive Pools.

This review appears additionally on FaceBook. We had our spa/pool renovated by Xecutive Pools. They have serviced my spool's mechanicals for over 14 years and used to also do my weekly cleaning and maintenance until spinning off the residential component of that service. Their business model seems to have undergone a number of changes for the better in the last year. Contacting management by email receives a response before the end of the day and often a phone call from management. Paperwork is all electronic and you can sign where needed on line and print out copies for your records if needed. Direct payment through Xecutive's payment processing application couldn't be easier and there is no delay in work while waiting for funds to clear. They did a wonderful job with the renovation - it looks like a brand new pool. The price was fair and there was a wide selection of finishes, tiles, and coping from which to choose. Xecutive also performed two structural upgrades that the original pool builder was unable to provide back in 2007. Just as importantly, the workers and supervisors were polite, knowledgeable and responsive. Supervisory managers were usually on the site one or more times during each phase. A question to a worker usually resulted in a call or visit from a decision maker - a pleasant surprise on a residential project these days. At the end of each workday, materials, tools and debris were removed and the work area fully washed down. A renovation is a necessarily dirty undertaking but with the daily cleanups, nothing was going to be tracked indoors and we weren't relegated to looking at unsightly trash, leftovers and construction debris. I am very happy with my Xecutive Pools renovation and glad to see how responsive and customer-centric the company has become.

I will never recommend this company. My experience was a roller coaster ride. When crew members came to start the prepping for resurfacing and tile installation, they realized that the materials were not delivered. I really don't have an issue with that and I understand that that's possible beyond their control, unless they dropped the ball ordering materials. I will never know!! On the other hand, while the crew was prepping the pooI, I noticed that they were not pressure washing the pool floor as part of the preparation, so I called their office, and left a message with the owner's assistant to have the owner call me back since I had questions. I never heard back from anyone! A few days later when part of the materials arrived, the two crew members came back and started covering the pool with a grey material. So my husband asked them what had happen to the evaluation they were supposed to do on the existing two cracks. One of the guys told my husband that they did not have any instructions for cracks evaluation. There was back and forth communication with my husband and the crew member, which lead to a number of misunderstanding since Patrick, the owner, did not have a supervisor on site as promised when we signed the contract. The owner got on the phone with me when the tile guy came to install the tiles and I notice he was talking to him and I asked him to pass me his phone. I felt total frustration when the Patrick continued to blame my husband for the cracks not being checked out and asking me if I wanted his guys to destroy part of the work they had done to check the cracks. I told him I didn't know...I am not the pool expert here & he didn't give his crew proper instructions from the beginning, he was not returning phone calls, and he was not seeing my frustration either. He just continued to justify his poor communication skills. The tile guy was very pleasant and nice, but did a poor job with the tiles. After I sent the owner a heated but respectful e mail, he sent Carlos, a supervisor who put me at ease and made me feel like everything was under control. He even noticed a lot more tiles that were poorly installed and had the tile guy redo them. He was very polite and communicated well with me and my husband. This made me feel better and I even sent the owner an e mail thanking him for sending Carlos. They evaluated the cracks and realized that I needed pins to repair the cracks. Then the super nice resurfacing crew came along when it was their turn and when they were done and gone, I noticed that one side of the deep end where they resurfaced was very rough. It looked like a really bad punch out work on a wall. I sent the supervisor the pictures of the areas before they filled the pool with water to that level. He said..."please let us finish our job. We are not done, and once it cures, it will be okay." Well, a few days later when the pool was full of water, he came to look at it because I continued to complain. He said, he could see where I was coming from and in deed was rough. But at this point there was not much he could do to fix that. They tried sanding it but it was the best they could do at this point. I left if alone, because at this point I was sick to my stomach with this company. I wanted it to be OVER!! This whole process with the way the handled this job was very upsetting to me and put me under a lot of stress. It is really their loss as a company, since I get a lot of requests for different referrals as a Realtor in my business. As a matter of fact, I had a recent prospect (that needs her pool resurfaced) ask me who did my pool when she learned I just had mine done. Sadly, I could not refer Xecutive Pools due to my poor experience. I called a friend that I heard recently had her pool done and was really happy. I gave my prospect that company's name and number and met them with my new client at her house. There, I learned a lot of things about pools since the guy was super informative, and I learned that I needed to register my warranty with WetEdge. I DID NOT KNOW THAT!! Xecutive pools never gave those instructions. When I called today, the owner's assistant said she thought she had e mailed me the instructions and sent them to me today...two months and $8500.00 later. As a business owner myself, I am a strong believer that when you are dealing with all clients, (customer, vendors, crew members, etc), especially with one that has questions and that is feeling frustrated, taking the time to return phone calls is the least a business owner can do for them. It is sad that we started on the wrong foot. I would have never imagined. I was really excited about my pool and looking forward to a positive experience. I am happy its over and the pool looks nice, even with the rough area that I had to suck up. But the experience was terrible. Use this company at your own risk and look for other bad reviews they have, and that I missed before making a decision to hire them.

I conducted a great deal of research before selecting Xecutive Pools for our pool remodel. 6 different companies to be exact. Xecutive was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. My choice relied upon trust of the sales person. The first big plus was the owner of Xecutive Pools, Patrick, is the main sales person. I like the person who has the most to lose or gain being the one to negotiate promises of quality and service. After meeting with Patrick and explaining our ideas of the remodel he offered, with a great deal of knowledge, some pros and cons of our ideas and a few different options we had never thought about. Most of the other companies just listened to our ideas, wrote them down and handed me an estimate. Patrick helped a great deal with us reaching the perfect remodel plan by interjecting pros and cons along the way while never pushing an upgrade sales pitch. As for the work itself. Patrick committed to beginning the job on 10/24. On 10/23 at 7am supplies were delivered and on 10/24, right on time, work crews arrived and began the process. Patrick initially advised that they would complete the project in approximately 3 weeks. The job site supervisor assigned was Carlos. Carlos truly went above and beyond to inspect every aspect of the workmanship and work area daily and corrected any mishaps or flaws immediately. He really had a desire to produce the best product possible. The project was completed on time with no delays. Every work crew that came to my property was respectful, friendly, and informative when asked questions. We had our inner pool resurfaced from a quartz finish to a Prism Pebble finish, our tile replaced with Tsarevna water line tile, and our entire deck resurfaced with Travertine pavers and coping. Hands down Xecutive Pools provided a great service, great workmanship, on time as agreed upon, and most importantly they paid close attention to the finer details along the way. I would absolutely recommend Patrick and Xecutive Pools and plan on calling them again if I decide on making any more changes or upgrades.

I would not recommend Xecutive pools to anyone. My experience with them has been exhausting and stressful. I do not know where to start. Travertine pavers are not even, they are chipping and breaking. There is small strips placed not part of french pattern. Coping is not what I was promised it is a tile with sharp edges like a razor and a hazard for my kids. It is not 12X12 as promised. The glass tile is not even, is dirty, there is grout all over, where travertine and glass tile meets there is gaps and water gets in. Water does not sit even in some areas shows more than others. The waterfall is not stained brown as promised it is chipped damaged, does not sit even, one side sticks out more and one side does not, the coping is sharp on one side and rounded on the other side. They used my decorating rocks and put a bunch of concrete to fill the spaces, It was leaking they put more concrete. When the resurfacing was done they put the wrong tile on the step I asked to be changed and now I have stains and area is damaged. The deco drain he only put one verses all the way around and now I have water coming in the rail of my sliding door. The have destroyed my grass, the screen, they cut off the power line for the pool light when the waterfall was installed. They did not change one fitting. He did no show us how to change the colors on the lights. They have damaged the power box in the pool area and blew up fuses. They refuse to listen to everything that I have asked not to be placed the way they did it. The project started on 9/25 it is 12/15 and the job is not finished The owner verbally promises to fix things and never fixed them to my satisfactions . He fixed them to his satisfaction, rude nasty attitude we were scared to say anything. Every time I brought up issues he said they will fix them later ant this is what i ordered. How can you fix broken glass tiles when the pool is full of water? Last conversation I had with the manager Carlos he called me an unbelievable ***** and threatened me to put a lien on my house and they are saying they already have. Do not hire this company and if you do please put everything in the contract even the smallest detail. Be prepared to hear " This is my pool now I am gonna make it look awesome" . LIES LIES LIES. He fails to provide written release that he has paid his subcontractors. I had one subcontractor show up in my house telling me that he is not getting paid. Mr. Borelli finish the job you were hired for as you have filed at everything. This is the project this man says completed in my house. Customer satisfaction is not their priority be aware. Your bad reviews are piling up and showing the real Patrick.
