So, after looking through all of the 5-star reviews for 3 Oaks, I feel like I could just say “ditto..ditto..ditto..”. Every great thing you read about this pool company is true. I can easily chime in and say, if you’re looking for a company to design and build a beautiful new pool or renovate your old, not so beautiful pool, like us, you seriously could end your search. You’ve found them. We were in talks with another well-respected pool company to renovate our 25-year old pool that was looking pretty, well, old and tired, but were having problems getting our ideas to jive with theirs. About that time a friend of our daughter was getting the finishing touches on their new 3 Oaks pool and raved about it. Despite having a BUNCH of pools in the works (we learned later), Scott and Danielle were here in no time. Both were super-easy to talk with which made us really comfortable immediately. After a couple minutes of chatting, we learned that they had recently finished a major renovation of our neighbors’ pool! We didn’t know it because, unlike a lot of other companies, they hadn’t stuck a sign in their front yard first thing. We were convinced, and boy, are we glad we decided to get another opinion. At this point I’ll just reiterate what everyone else has said. Our experience with 3 Oaks was simply great! We were constantly impressed with their communication, never having to wonder what was going to be happening next. Bad weather and a few supply issues made the process a smidge longer than they had expected, but we’ve heard horror stories about pools taking much, much longer than promised and constant problems getting answers and updates from other companies. Our daughter was one of those! They realized that their pool, built by a different company and less than two years old, had some serious problems. Scott at 3 Oaks quickly determined the things the other pool company had done improperly and documented them. Repairs weren’t going to be cheap but they had to be done if they wanted to have a pool they could enjoy, as they had a right to expect. Our daughter and son-in-law are now trying to get the original company to pony up for the cost of the repairs and having no success. You don’t want that to happen to you. Just get 3 Oaks to build it right the first time and enjoy your pool for many, many years. Then, when it’s time to renovate, you’ll know who to call. ‘Nuff said. LOOK NO FURTHER this is the ONLY pool building company you should use! From start to finish Scott and Danielle were amazing to work with! They were quick to respond with any and all questions we had through out the whole process and even after the pool was built. From design to finishing touches the attention to detail they had beat my expectations! The convenience of the company having a show room trailer that they can bring to your home to pick out tile, decking, and all the other finishes touches was such a delightful surprise! We were able to put the patio decking up against our house and see what color worked best. The contract stated it could take 6 months from start to finish which we were ok with since we started building during late hurricane season/fall even with all the rain we had which delayed the process it only took the 5 weeks to finish and the pool is flawless! We thought we wouldn’t be able to enjoy our backyard until January we were enjoying it by Halloween! And have never spent this much time outside in our backyard! This company is efficient, professional, TRUSTWORTHY, and reliable. We had two other pool companies quote us and we felt pressured and uneasy they just seemed like salesmen. Not only did Three Oaks meet their prices but they did with better upgrades and finishes. Scott and Danielle instantly made us feel like we weren’t just another sale and that we could trust them and I’m so glad we did.
