Incredible service and results! At projects end, it surpassed my expectations! Doug and his team did an incredible job of renovating my pool area. Honestly looks like a whole new back yard. Doug was prompt to respond and answer all of my questions and concerns about a pool renovation project. It shows that A+ Pool Design prides themselves on a job well done. If you’re thinking about a pool renovation I say hit go with A+, you won’t be disappointed. And maybe like me, Doug’s vision and work will exceed your expectations. Looking forward to many days and nights enjoying my pool and new patio oasis. Thanks again, Doug!
This was just a bad experience. Horrible customer service. Work left unfinished and the owner likes to pass the blame on everyone except himself......including the customer.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. I mean, just look at my new pool and spa 😍! From start to finish, picking out tiles, interior, pavers, equipment, they delivered the kind of experience everyone hopes for when building their first pool. (I watched tons of YouTube and TikTok’s of other people’s experiences so yeah) Reliability? A+. Doug and Josh always kept us in the loop. We knew who was coming, what was happening next, and exactly where we were in the process. They gave us checklists, updates, and never left us guessing. Quality of work? Immaculate. Nothing felt rushed. Everything was clean, precise, and honestly beautiful to watch come together. Josh runs a team that takes pride in the details. Communication? If I reached out, they responded fast. If something shifted, they told us immediately. No stress, no confusion. Respect for our property? 10/10. Every crew that Josh sent out treated our home with care, and cleaned up after themselves. Price & value? The perfect middle. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive — but they were absolutely the most reasonable, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. Honestly? Even if they had cost more, we still would’ve chosen them based on the character and clarity they brought. Transparency? Completely upfront. No surprises, no hidden fees, no “unexpected charges.” Doug explained everything before we signed, and nothing changed afterward. Problem-solving? On point. One tiny issue popped up with our door pads, and Josh solved it immediately — no excuses, just solutions. That alone speaks volumes. Timeline? Delayed — but NOT their fault. The city held up permits for 3–4 months, but Doug and Josh kept us updated the entire time. They didn’t disappear or dodge communication like other contractors tend to do. Crew professionalism? Amazing. Everybody was friendly, skilled, respectful, and you could feel they genuinely enjoyed the work. They didn’t mind me hovering and filming. They even took time to explain what they were doing. Would I choose them again? Without hesitation — yes. I researched and met with over 18 pool builders before choosing Doug’s team, and I have zero regrets. I’d hire them again for any future project and recommend them to anyone looking for real quality. This was the best pool-building experience I could’ve asked for. If you’re looking for someone honest, skilled, and consistent — A Plus Pool Design is exactly who you want!
Very disappointing experience. The work was not performed as promised, and once issues were raised there was zero customer centricity. Despite no signed contract, we were threatened with a lien just one day after receiving the invoice, while legitimate concerns were still being discussed. The situation felt uncomfortable and raised serious red flags. Would not recommend. Thank you for your response. For clarity, our review is solely based on the customer experience after concerns were raised following completion of the job, not on the quality of the resurfacing work itself. At this time, we are not in a position to evaluate the long-term quality of the work, which is why our review did not comment on workmanship. The written email referenced prior to the job listed only “pool resurfacing” with a price, without further detail or scope definition. It was verbally communicated to us that resurfacing included tile grouting, which is why the question arose after completion. When we inquired about this, it was denied, highlighting the lack of clarity in what was — and was not — included. We also want to note that we clearly communicated that we were not physically present and were attempting to resolve questions and concerns from afar, relying on photos and a property manager. That context did not feel meaningfully considered in the communication we received. The immediate escalation to references of a lien process while clarification was still being sought felt unnecessary and, from our perspective, came across as a threat rather than a constructive step toward resolution. We are not disputing that emails can constitute agreements, nor are we alleging poor workmanship. Our intent is simply to share our experience and recommend that future customers ensure all scope details are explicitly documented in writing upfront, particularly when work is being managed remotely. We appreciate the response and wish the company well going forward.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The work was not performed as promised, and several items required follow-up after completion. Most concerning was the complete lack of customer centricity once questions were raised -- instead of addressing concerns professionally, communication became adversarial. Despite the fact that no written contract was ever signed, we were threatened with a lien process just one day after receiving the invoice, while reasonable post-work issues were still being discussed. This felt highly inappropriate and unnecessarily aggressive. Overall, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and pressured, and frankly raised red flags about business practices. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this provider. Thank you for your response. For clarity, our review is solely based on the customer experience after concerns were raised following completion of the job, not on the quality of the resurfacing work itself.

Declaran estar licenciados y asegurados.
