We had the absolute best experience with oasis pools. We got quotes from about 4 local pool builders. There were many similarities between all of them but what stood out to me was the confidence that oasis had that they were going to do a great job for us. They were also not pushy at all. Zach and Greg were so chill. We had no idea what we were doing in the planning stages and they were so graceful to explain each thing. Each person we interacted with was a pleasure. Every night we sit at our pool and think “wow this is the best money we’ve ever spent, and so glad we did this!” There were tiny issues along the way as every project has, but cam was always 2 steps ahead of any issue. Every question had an answer. The installers of the pavers had half the edging done and the next day we came home and there was totally different edging in its place because the team didn’t like the way the first edging looked. Hunter who did our pool school was so fun and so detailed. We felt very prepared. I felt like overall they had our back the whole time. If we had to do it all over again I wouldn’t hesitate to work with this team. You won’t regret it if you choose them as your pool builders!

The absolute best contractor we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Communication was fantastic, no question was treated as dumb, every concern was answered with reassurance that was backed up by a fantastic end product. Francesca, Zach, Millie, Greg Sr, Greg Jr, Hunter, Joe and the calmest, most knowledgeable project manager Cameron...all fabulous and professional people to work with. I may actually miss them all! Here's an example of their integrity: the natural stone coping and pavers were installed, when Greg came out to check progress he noticed that the coping was wrong, the manufacturer had delivered a thinner version of what was ordered. We would never have known that. Greg and Cam had the pavers taken up, coping replaced with the correct version and paved all over again. They would not leave us with an inferior product. If that doesn't reassure you about the company you are hiring, nothing will! Oh and they intentionally broke tiles that had any chips to make sure they were all replaced. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks Oasis family for a great experience!

A new pool is a big investment and we interviewed several companies before deciding to select Oasis Pools. After meeting with Francesca and going over all the various details, we were extremely happy with our decision to continue with Oasis Pools. They did all the necessary planning and obtained all the required permits prior to starting the actual pool construction. Greg Sr, Greg Jr, and Cameron were always available for questions and concerns and are highly knowledgeable about all aspects of pool construction. They were always willing to accommodate requests and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The pool equipment was neatly arranged and meticulous attention was paid to details. When the pool was completed, the area was cleaned up and made ready to pass the required inspection. After the inspection was completed, they were there to explain how to operate the equipment, maintain the pool surface and water chemical levels. Even though the pool is complete, we feel like we are always welcome to contact Oasis Pools and they will be there for us. So they are not just there during the sale and construction, they will be there for the customer long afterwards to deliver excellent customer service. We would highly recommend the Oasis Pools family to anyone seeking quality customer service and an excellent pool construction experience.
