We had Brennon Orcutt as our Sales Representative and Project Coordinator. We had met with 3 other pool companies before deciding on Southern Blue and I can’t recommend any of them after being spoiled by the professionalism of Brennon and the whole team…FULL STOP! This is the only company to use. First off…SB does not use sub contracts and you have no idea how big of a bonus that is. SB builds awesome pools and their quality control is exceptional. Their team problem solved several design challenges through the build and their whole system from design to the “Pool School” at the end of the project is seamless and addresses everything you need. We continued on with SB for weekly maintenance as this is our second home and SB’s whole system makes it very easy to just enjoy the pool. Brennon was amazing at taking our vision and creating 3D design images and, no surprise, our pool turned out exactly like the design. They use very high quality components and materials, their crew was always working and the whole project was around maybe 8-10 weeks…I mean total. There really is no one else around here even close to what they are doing. I don’t leave google reviews but Southern Blue is so excellent I felt I owed them and they are the only choice to go with. They really are an exceptional construction firm.

This company has never done work for me, but I had a really concerning experience with their employees on the road this morning. Around 6:40 AM, heading toward Panama City, a man and woman in a white company work truck cut into our lane without looking and completely cut us off while we were going over 55 mph with my baby in the car. They didn’t try to move back over or fix the situation, which made it even more dangerous. When we finally got ahead of them, they avoided eye contact and kept looking around, clearly knowing they were in the wrong. If this is how employees represent your company, it raises serious concerns about safety and professionalism. I’d suggest taking a closer look at who you have driving your vehicles.

We had an outstanding experience working with Southern Blue Construction on the pool at our new beach home. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. We came in with a vision for the design, but their team elevated it in ways we hadn’t even considered. They’ve also been incredibly responsive. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed something checked, they’ve been quick to respond and even quicker to take care of it. It gives us real confidence knowing they stand behind their work with great service and a solid warranty. Without hesitation, I tell anyone who asks: the best part of building our home was working with Southern Blue. Highly recommend.

I saw this company building a pool in our neighborhood and looked them up. The photos and reviews looked good however I called their office on two separate occasions a week apart, spoke with a live person, left all my contact information and address and never received a call back. We are building a high end home and they looked like a great fit. Hopefully this is helpful information for the company owners/managers to understand they may have some issues in their sales process.

Southern Blue Construction did an outstanding job building our custom pool and gazebo on 30A. The way they integrated both elements was exceptional—the final result is stunning and truly has a “wow” factor for everyone who sees it. Heather and Will were fantastic throughout the process. They communicated with me frequently and worked hard to keep the project moving forward. Heather’s deep understanding of the business, especially the permitting process with the county, was invaluable. Will’s attention to detail as a project manager ensured that all the little things were done right, which made a big difference in the overall quality.
