Jeff and Shawn are phenomenal to work with! We would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality build and excellent follow up to work with them. At each phase of the project communication was virtually immediate and always very thorough. Jeff previously owned a pool maintenance company and incorporates that experience into the pool build based on years of seeing what tends to fail or cause issues. They were so helpful in seeing our vision of what we wanted and helping design our perfect pool. They provided a timeline for the build that they absolutely adhered to (they do not overpromise and underdeliver). Also, a huge part of any build like this is knowing you'll receive excellent customer service AFTER you've paid the final invoice. As with any project, issues will come up and they have continued to show up to make final tweaks or fixes quickly. Oh, and we received multiple compliments from neighbors that they are the cleanest pool builders they've ever seen. Jeff would personally come out and clean up the job site (road, yard, everything) multiple times a week during the build. We are so happy with our new backyard and would love to work with them again!
