From start to finish, the entire team at Breakwater was fantastic. Chelsey was patient with us as we explored different options and helped guide us through the design process. Celeb kept us updated throughout the build, was always responsive and resourceful, and made sure the project stayed on track even when things didn't go as planned. Ben did an excellent job wrapping everything up, ensuring everything was set up properly, and we knew how to maintain the pool. What really stood out was how organized and proactive everyone was, always thinking ahead and making adjustments to produce the best possible end product—like shifting the landing and screen door to ensure we got the largest unobstructed screen panel possible, switching to a hidden slot drain to better fit our design, and making sure the screen gutters could accommodate removing an existing downspout to mount the automation panel. They never just made changes and hoped we'd be happy with them. Instead, they communicated every recommendation, explained our options, and made sure we were comfortable before moving forward. This was our first pool build, and having an experienced builder guide us through the entire process made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. Our pool turned out even better than we imagined. Thank you to everyone at Breakwater for creating such an incredible backyard. We look forward to enjoying our pool for many years to come!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Breakwater Construction. From the very beginning, Chelsey Newman did an outstanding job guiding us through the design process. She listened to what we wanted, offered practical advice, and never tried to upsell us on things we didn’t need. We had a very complicated, tight and odd shaped back yard and she made every inch count. We ended up with a pool that fits our family perfectly. Once construction started, Chip Stevens was an excellent project manager. He kept us informed every step of the way, set clear expectations, and made sure we always knew what was happening next. He also did a great job closing out the project. The punch work was handled thoroughly, the site was left clean, and we were extremely happy with how everything came together in the end. Ben did our pool school and startup, and he was extremely knowledgeable and practical. We’ve owned pools before, so we appreciated that he didn’t just go through a script. He explained how to actually maintain the pool and answered all of our questions in a way that made sense. One thing that has really stood out is their customer service after the pool was completed. Anyone who has owned a pool knows that small issues can come up. What matters is how the builder responds. Breakwater has stayed proactive, addressed questions quickly, and taken care of any issues without making us chase them down. The craftsmanship, communication, and customer service have all exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love our new pool and would confidently recommend Breakwater Construction to anyone looking to build a pool.

Breakwater built our dream pool and we couldn’t be happier. As first time pool owners, we were very nervous about the process. But we hadn’t needed to worry because working with Breakwater was an incredible experience from start to finish. Starting out we got estimates from 5 companies. Breakwater was highly recommended by neighborhood friends and all of the online reviews were great. In the beginning, some things we knew we wanted whereas other things we were clueless and needed a lot of guidance. Sara was so great in helping design the perfect pool for us. She answered all our questions quickly, gave great advice and ideas about things we never would have thought of, and never pressured or tried to “upsell” us. We felt like Breakwater’s sole goal was to build the very best pool for our family. Once we got started, it was smooth sailing through the end. Caleb was our project manager and he was nothing short of amazing. This guy is just incredible at his job. We had no idea just how many moving parts were involved in a pool build, but Caleb kept everything on track and on schedule. The communication was phenomenal and he kept us informed throughout the entire project. When we had questions (and honestly there weren’t many because he kept us so well updated) Caleb always got back to us timely, usually within just minutes. He took care of every detail, even letting us know when the “big” trucks were scheduled because he knew our son liked to watch them. Caleb did everything to ensure we loved our new pool and we really enjoyed working with him. From dig to fill was about 9 weeks. Afterwards, Ben was a great teacher while we learned the ins and outs of our pool. Anytime we needed anything or had questions, he was quick to respond and made sure everything was running as it should. It’s been a little over a month since everything was completed and we are absolutely loving our new pool. We’re so happy we went with Breakwater who delivered everything they promised and built us a high quality beautiful pool. We can’t recommend Sara, Caleb, Ben and the entire Breakwater team enough!
