So glad we met with the pool designer at Premier Outdoor Inc. As soon as the meeting was over, we knew who was going to build our back yard paradise to include the pool, pavers and outdoor kitchen! Got three total quotes and the professionalism by Premier was above and beyond the others. The process was explained from the beginning and the project manager "PM", site manager "SM" did numerous site visits to make sure everything was in order during the entire process. The owner also made several visits to make sure the customer "me" was happy with the progress. I had so many questions during the process "first pool build ever", that I was blowing up the phone of the PM, but every questioned was answered the same day. Was never ignored nor were excuses ever made. I will say that the process does get very messy, and the crews do try and pick up daily, so expect a little chaos during the initial phase. Which is to be expected. Was actually very interesting to watch the entire process and how much is involved.! Every visitor, family member and neighbors have all said the pool looks awesome, super cool pavers and the outdoor kitchen is out of this world! Amazing how a professional company can put such a final product in a small space. Bottom line, if you want a super back yard whether it be a pool with a waterfall, or pavers surrounding an outdoor kitchen, they can build anything and make your dreams come true. They did ours! We cannot say enough about the relationship from start to finish from initial quotes from Katie, meeting Brandon and working with the exceptional team under Chip’s leadership. Both Katie and Chip were available to handle anything that came up throughout the build. At the onset, Katie’s willingness to reconfigure the design in order to build the pool perfectly for our backyard. She was such a gem and rose to the top of 5 other companies in securing Premiere as our pool builder. She went above and beyond securing paperwork with HOA in a timely manner. Chip was hands-on throughout the build. He took care of each phase and explained anything that came up. His team of subcontractors were extremely hardworking and always left a clean site at end of each day. So much so that our pool was completed ahead of schedule. Maybe the drought helped a little too. :) James was a big help in finalizing the finishing touches with fire pit construction. Our finished product is a beautiful pool with a lovely water feature that replicates the serenity of a spa. We absolutely love our new pool. If looking for a pool, we highly recommend Premiere
