Surfside Pools created the most beautiful outdoor space for our family (luxury pool, spa, deck, and enclosure). Design, Execution, and Customer Service were all well beyond our expectations. We went into the new pool build process with big aspirations, but expecting a rollercoaster ups and downs typical of home improvement projects. Scot runs a high integrity business and stayed a close partner through the whole process. And best of all - our new pool is stunning. I would recommend Surfside Pools to anyone looking to build a luxury pool in North Florida. Ask for Josh for your new build - he’s top notch and will be there to help with anything throughout and even long after your pool is built.

SurfSide Pools & Spa was an excellent company and staff to handle my pool renovation we started Jan 6, 2025! The entire staff took care of our needs every step of the way. As an engineer type person I had lots of questions and they answered them as the experts. Surfside is a long standing local company I have used of the 20 years of my pool and the only one I would use and trust. When Scott came to our hose, he listened to our needs and concerns, and guided us through the whole process with no issues. We met in showroom and picked out our tile, grout and marcite colors, as we were have the entire inside of the pool and spa re-done with all new tile and marcite. Some may hear about stories in the news on pool companies, but the only story here was satisfaction with a great job. Any pool renovation like this is an undertaking but all went well even though mother-nature decided we needed snow here during the process. From the owner Scott, Emily in remodel, Ken on site supt., Julie in repairs and the pool clean/test people and support that did the tile and marcite, it was a pleasant experience and done in a timely manner, even with snow. Their crew was very professional and made sure our gate was secured (to keep the dogs safe), and the work areas were always kept clean, and any debris from construction was removed immediately. As the pool was coming to its end of construction, the crew communicated next steps and even gave us detailed instructions on how to maintain the life of the pool. I did opt to have them bring the pool chemistry and pool back in service which as a good choice for me, as they are the experts. Throughout the process we made changes, and some things came up like a leak on an old pipe system which required changing the initial contract. This process was made easy, and the quotes were given almost immediately with an easy way to pay on line. We highly recommend using SurfSide Pools & Spas.

We recently used Surfside for a complete refurbishment of our 22 year old pool. They proved to be mature, top-notch organization of true professionals, who made a potently disruptive task for us, turn into a "walk-in-the-park". No mess, no fuss, no extras, on schedule and at a highly competitive cost. I picked Surfside initially because most of our local alternatives had little track record and/or changes of ownership within the past few years. The final product is terrific, and was created without a hiccup. We highly recommend Surfside, without reservation. Of interest, after the pool was stabilized we chose to move our pool servicing to Surfside, as well. So far they have been nothing other than terrific, and also highly recommended.

Surfside did quality work on my pool construction this summer and completed the job in a short period of time. Would recommend this company to others.
