⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience with Pinnacle Pools and Spas of Orlando has been exceptional from the very beginning. We met with Wyatt for our initial estimate, and he was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. His presentation was outstanding. He took the time to explain every step of the design and construction process, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the meeting. One of the most impressive parts of the experience was meeting at their Orlando showroom. Wyatt was very flexible in accommodating our schedule, and it gave us the opportunity to choose all of our finishes before construction even begins—from the tile and coping to the interior finish and other design elements. Being able to see everything in person made the selection process so much easier. What truly amazed us was the level of preparation Wyatt brought to the meeting. He showed us all the photos he had taken during his first visit to our home, and then, on a huge screen, he revealed a realistic rendering of exactly how our new pool will look in our backyard. He even included our existing landscaping and plants, making it easy to visualize the finished project. It was incredibly impressive and made us even more excited about moving forward. The negotiation process was honest, transparent, and pressure-free. We never felt rushed, and Wyatt genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with every decision. After such a professional and impressive experience, signing the contract was an easy decision. We are starting our pool with Pinnacle Pools and Spas and could not be happier with our decision. We quoted a few companies but Pinnacle was the only company who came to the house and took the time to walk us through the process. By they, I should just say Wyatt, he is amazing. Honestly, he is the main reason why we chose Pinnacle. He came out before the holidays and we were committed to putting the pool in but with the busy season we just did not have the time. We never felt rushed. He kept in touch with me the entire time but never made me feel pressured to start and sign. Every question, every concern, things I have not even thought of yet, Wyatt has been available and one step ahead. He is knowledgeable and an asset to his company. We are so excited to see this process over the next two months. Update: The pool was completed in the end of April and we could not be happier with how it turned out. There were some scheduling issues throughout the process and were shorted on pavers. Fortunately this did not add to the timeline and everything else proceeded on. Building a pool is definitely a project and like with anything things happen and you have to take it with a grain of salt. But our project manager Mike was on top of everything, made sure everything went as planned and kept us on schedule. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone.
