I can’t say enough good things about Nick Barnes and Bryan Watts at Pinnacle Pool and Spas. My wife and I originally met with them to discuss our pool project, but decided to go with another company that promised more for less. And that’s exactly what we got — less. We are now in litigation, along with several others, seeking restitution from that company for work promised but never started. I mention this because Nick and Bryan, without ever saying “I told you so,” have gone above and beyond to help us get our project back on track. From the start, their approach has been refreshingly honest. They don’t promise the moon, but they deliver what they promise. In just a month, Pinnacle has already accomplished more than the other company did in three. Our pool has already been dug, the gunite poured, and each stage inspected to ensure everything is progressing correctly. That alone has given us peace of mind. One thing that has stood out to me is the superior communication. We know exactly what to expect and when. After every stage of the dig and pour, we were kept in the loop with updates and inspections. When questions have arisen, Nick is always quick to respond (I honestly don’t think he sleeps), and I have total confidence that our project will not only be finished on time (weather permitting), but will be built correctly. If you’re considering building a pool, do yourself a favor: don’t sign a contract with anyone else before at least meeting with Nick. You won’t regret it. I recently signed a contract with Pinnacle Pools and Spas of Orlando to start building a new pool, and the experience so far has been excellent. Even though I’m still early in the process, the level of support and communication I’ve received has really stood out. I worked with Wyatt, and he has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning. I had a lot of questions throughout the planning phase, and he took the time to answer every single one clearly and patiently. Nothing felt rushed, and he made sure I understood every part of the project before moving forward. I also had the chance to speak with Bryan, the owner, several times, and it’s clear he cares a lot about making sure customers feel comfortable and informed. Bryan and Wyatt have created a very positive, reassuring start to the whole process. The contract and paperwork were very easy to understand. I appreciated how transparent they were about the steps, the timeline, and what to expect as construction gets going. What has impressed me most is how consistently good their communication and transparency have been. They’re quick to respond, open to explaining anything I’m unsure about, and genuinely make me feel confident about the project. Based on everything so far, I’m very happy I chose Pinnacle Pools and Spas of Orlando. I’m looking forward to the next stages and will update my review once the project is completed.

My wife and I made plans to put in a pool this coming yr. We reached out to 4 different pool company's in the area and even though they were all good we decided to go with Pinnacle Pools .Why we'll first the sales rep Nick Barnes spent over an hr measuring the area taking notes of the area to were the pool will be constructed he was very thorough and went over every detail we both bounced ideas off of each other to make our pool a reality..We met with Nick and the owner a couple weeks later to go over mire details and finalize our details the whole time we never felt pressured as they had our best interest at heart fro. Planning to settling up financial papers the process made our lives easier.Now the most important part we received 3 other quotes and Pinnacle pools gave us the best quote with more .Since we finalized all the paperwork they have right on yop of there game staying in contact with Me and my Wife and always there for a call just to ask a simple question if needed .We both can't wait for the pool to be done and invite Nick and team to celebrate our dream.
