Trevenzoli team was amazing to work with. Camila is on top of everything and she responds quickly and she managed our process seamlessly. They are extremely transparent and will walk you through every step of the way. We had Travel out of the country in the middle of our project and they took care of everything. There’s nothing we needed to do. The entire team is extremely easy to work with. Their pricing was Very reasonable. We are very happy with our Pool. We only wish we would’ve found them sooner because we spent literally two years trying to find the right company. They have done a few pools in our community and that’s how we found them. Look no further. You will not be disappointed with this team and the quality of their products. We picked the top marble and their marble tile guys were amazing, perfection all the way. We added a heater and chiller. It was worth the money here in Florida. We added a lot of bells and whistles, and we’re happy we did it. A huge thank you to the entire team at Trevenzoli for making our yard look like a resort.

Each day I thought that it has to be the first time they had ever built a pool. Lots of property damage left unresolved, did not follow plans. I had to be the one to point out I needed a swale put it.

Regret using them! We hired this pool builder in Central Florida for a residential pool project and experienced multiple issues throughout the process. During the initial consultation, we were shown a 3D design with approximately 9’2” of swimmable space, and the pool sketch submitted to our HOA reflected the same proportions. However, the signed contract listed different sunshelf dimensions, and the engineered permit plans later showed yet another configuration. The final pool matches the engineered plans (which was never ran by me nor have my signature authorizing the change) but results in less swimmable water area than what was originally presented in both the sales meeting and HOA-approved sketch. In addition to the design discrepancies, we experienced: Delays in construction, including periods where work was minimal and crews came only a few times in a month and Issues with construction debris and trash not being properly removed from the property When we raised concerns and asked for a solution or adjustment based on the reduced usable pool space, no resolution was offered. Instead, we were informed that a lien could be filed on our property over the remaining balance, despite the ongoing dispute. The owner acknowledged communication issues during the process but no meaningful resolution was provided. For anyone considering this company, we strongly recommend verifying all pool dimensions, sunshelf size, final engineered plans, and timelines in writing before signing, and not relying solely on initial renderings or verbal explanations. editing this review after their response bellow: holding final payment was a form or trying to get a $4k discount we feel was deserved after all the headache we had with this process. The company didn’t budge in a penny and the balance has been fully paid. This review is my own experience, check the pictures and should you decide to use this company read read and measure everything as it goes.

I spent over a month looking for someone to redo my hideously old pool and patio. So many companies were either overpriced or illequipped to do the job we wanted. Either they were just diamond brite people or just tile people, or were so expensive and cold it was ridiculous. I was about to give up until Gabriel walked in! What got me was that he was SO proud of his past work. Anyone with that much pride will do a great job! NO contracts, no gimmicks. Just a great hard working and super honest guy with a super professional team that works fast and does an amazing job! It was one stop shopping which made it very convenient! I recommend Trevenzoli pools with my whole heart! Gabriel is a one of a kind gem and he does what he says! He has a great sense of style and made recommendations based on what we wanted and improved our designs! He didn't look at us as dollar signs. He and his whole crew were amazing! Go with them with confidence! All my friends and family love my new pool! Then teenagers want to stay home now! LOL

Trevenzoli Pool Services changed two drains in our pool, installed new tiles in the pool and spa, built a sun shelf, and provided the diamond brite. The company did a decent job on the pool-my main complaint with the job was that they work a little sloppy (leaving out supplies, tracking in mud, not closing door, etc). After the pool was completed, of course we paid him in full. Thats where things changed...we found that there was some construction glue on some new tiles and after numerous phone calls/messages/emails to the owner, Gabriel, he finally answered me by text message only to answer my question as to whether I could scrap on new tiles. A few more weeks went by and we noticed our pool was leaking somewhere. We contacted Gabriele by phone, text, email, and after SEVERAL DAYS AND SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, he finally responded by text only (again). He sent someone to look at the leak, and he did find a leak. We were told the main drain pipe was leaking, below the main drain cap, which they did replace. They told me they capped the main drain and not to use it. I asked him who will fix the leak and he said it wasn't their responsibility-all they did was replace the main drain cap. So our pool never leaked before it was remodeled, and once they remodeled it and changed the drain, it leaked and they won't fix it. Now I have to seek legal action because we do not have a five year warranty. I wanted to share my experience with this pool company. The owner is nice while you owe him money but once he messes up your pool, he wont fix it.
