Tropical Escapes Pool Builders did an amazing job on the pool and spa, pavers, and cage. Cody and Ashley, the owners, were knowledgeable, so easy to work with, available, efficient, and pleasant. Cody made sure everything was done the right way and spent so much time with us to make sure we were informed of everything and was so patient as he stated that he wanted us to be pleased, understand everything, and do the best job for us. From the start he stressed always doing things the right way. Ashley was so efficient from the start including applying for the permit and informing us all along the way every time a permit or inspection was approved and also always informed us prior to the next steps of the job and during and after each stage of the job. They were readily available at all times for us. They were extremely efficient. We initially met with Maggie who called us back immediately and was so kind, pleasant, informative, patient, and designed an absolutely amazing pool with waterfalls, spa with a waterfall, and retaining wall, and cage. She came to the house prior to us signing up to get a better idea for the pool in our backyard. Cody also did the same and made sure everything was ideal. Maggie spent so much time and was so patient when we met at the office to pick the designs and everything else. They did this amazing job with us being over 1000 miles away as we were out of the state for a good portion of the project. They arranged things for us us according to our schedule as to when we would be here in Florida at this house. They rearranged their schedules to accommodate ours. They really understood our needs and cared and got the job done for us. This pool company was so professional, pleasant, informative and did the best job. We love our pool and spa so much. I highly recommend that anybody considering getting a pool call Tropical Escapes Pool Builders. They are the best. We thank them so much.

I’ve been wanting a pool for at least a decade and when we decided to finally start the process I thought it would be exhausting, and then we called Tropical Escapes. We had already received a couple of other quotes and decided to get one more before deciding and now enters the lovely Maggie. Just one week before meeting Maggie my husband was 80% in with a different pool company. l was more hesitant so my husband called Tropical Escapes for our final quote. I was soooo very happy he did, Maggie was just so easy to work with and made the process enjoyable not exhausting at all. She allowed us to truly design our pool and worked with us every step of the way within our budget. I couldn’t be more happy or thankful! Cody and Ashleigh are amazing leaders and communicators. The workflow was pretty spot on and the build of the pool was completed way faster than I could’ve imagined., I highly recommend Tropical Escapes to anyone thinking about getting a pool. Tropical Escapes is an absolutely amazing pool builder! I have heard the horror stories of people getting swindled by pool builders, having pools crack, or the company going bankrupt during the build. But Cody, Ashley, and Maggie gave me complete confidence in the whole process from start to finish. They built an in-ground pool with a spa, waterfall, and screen. Everything looks absolutely beautiful and works perfectly! Throughout the entire process, they anticipated every single little detail and always make sure to do it right the first time. Even when things go wrong, they will come in and fix it at no cost to me. They were patient with my HOA, they have a wide selection of materials to use for design, and they only use the absolute highest tier and power-output based pumps and related equipment. The sub-contractors they use for other steps in the process (screen, paver install) are very professional and do fantastic work too. They don't take on too many builds at the same time so they can provide personalized service and are able to respond to any issues I have promptly. I got quotes from other builders, but they were either too expensive, or cut too many corners. I have been so pleased in the entire process from planning to completion that I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!!
