Watermark pools has excellent customer service, in my experience the team provides the best customer service. Everyone I had interaction with was always polite and communicates exceptionally well.

Kraig came to the house and spent many hours of discussing the plans that we are excited about. He has great advice with many years of experience. I did call him for his advice a month ago, have not heard anything back from him. Obviously very disappointed with Kraig and have signed on with a competitor.

I can't say enough how pleased I am with our experience with Kraig and his team at Watermark. They delivered a great product and have stood behind it even when we had some minor issues to deal with even several years later. I’m am shopping pool contractors and I had to review even before I’ve chosen one. Watermark Pools has impressed me with how “on the ball” this pool contractor is! My family and I are moving from central Florida to the panhandle and I reached out to many other pool contractors for guidance with adding a complex pool to our next build. Watermark is the Best! After my pool pump died, I called every pool company I knew, to no avail. So Happy to have found Watermark!! Kraig was awesome. Ordered the pump, installed it and even went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. (My filter was clogged-He cleaned it, no charge) I can't say enough good things!! Excellent company to work with. They did a fabulous job on our pool. Great customer service. Answers mobile to help as we started learning system. Researched for years before starting such a big project. Kraig was very helpful in design and through-out the job. Highly recommend!
