We cannot let anyone create a listing under any name. This directory is worth something to homeowners and to builders only as long as the businesses on it are the businesses they say they are, and we would rather be slow about that than lose it.

So: submit your details and we will be in touch to verify them against the state license record before anything goes live. It is not optional, and it is not really about you — it is what stops somebody else creating a listing for your business and speaking for you. You would want us to do exactly this.

What happens next

Your submission goes to a person, not a queue. We check the license you give us against Florida DBPR, confirm the business is yours, and come back to you at the email address you leave — usually within a working day. Once it is verified we build the profile and you take control of it.

Already in the directory?

Many Florida builders are here already, built from public records, and this form will tell you if yours is one of them. In that case you do not need to add anything — find your profile and use Claim this profile instead. Claiming is free and always will be.
