Pool Design Concepts

Design concepts was recommended to us by many many people in our community. This is our first pool, and they helped us through every step of the way, we were actually trying to build this pool while we were in Indiana, in between phone calls and texts they answered everyone of our questions always and promptly, their staff is absolutely amazing, between Mike, Jacquelyn and Arron, forgive me if I spelled their names wrong, they were on it. Not every job goes on without a hiccup, our lanai was a 30 x 9 concrete slab, so they ended up having to jackhammer it out, we also had level issues with that, and they totally worked us through the process and made it right. On a scale of one to five five being the best, I would give them a 10 hands-down!! Obviously, with highly recommend, and have!!

I've done some residential development and this is the best contractor that I've ever worked with. Fair pricing, ongoing communication, and a great finished product. We were able to coordinate the entire project from 1200 miles away. Jacqueline and Aaron were great during the design and permitting process, Andy did a nice job reviewing the functions, and Mike kept us informed throughout the entire process. He also answered all of our questions via email within a day. They were even able to deliver the pool on time despite the typical interruptions caused by the hurricane. We are very pleased with the pool and highly recommend Design Concepts and Construction. The dog loves it too!

We could not be more pleased with our new custom-built pool by Design Concepts which was completed ahead of schedule in less than three months on 1/17/2023. Jacqueline White, our salesperson, was fantastic and gave great tips for helping us with the design. Owner Mike and his construction crew could not have been more professional as they worked very hard from start to finish. To find a company that will under-promise and over-deliver in this day and age is quite remarkable. I highly recommend this company if you are looking g for a great experience and a quality built pool.

Design Concepts was amazing to work with from the initial meeting through the finished product. We loved that they have their own crews and don’t have to depend on subcontractors. Because of this they were able to finish our pool exactly when promised in 12 weeks. They are priced fairly and build an excellent product. All of their employees were professional and easy to work with. Communication was consistent with the crews always showing up on the day and time expected. We are so pleased with our new pool and our choice to have Design Concepts as our contractor.
