I normally don’t write reviews, but AAA Custom Pools is deserving of a good one. We’ve owned our AAA Pool for over twenty years now and the construction of it has been top rated; giving us all these years of enjoyment. Our two sons also had their pools built by AAA and are also extremely happy with the quality construction. As with everything, things do breakdown and that was recently the case with our pump and Chlorinator. A call to AAA resulted in a qualified technician responding to our house, in a timely manner, and quickly fixing the problem. The main point of this review is that AAA stands behind their product with great service, knowledgeable technicians, and at a good price, which is unlike many of the other companies out there. If you’re in the market for a new pool, I highly recommend you reaching out to AAA Pools for a quality product and many years of enjoyment.

Toll Brothers delivered a house to me in 2019 and the AAA Custom Pool Inc. was the pool builder, they did a great job on selling the design with most expensive finishes during our meeting. In March 2026, I'm suspecting there's a leakage in the pool, I called them to send a technician to make an assessment about the situation, not mentioning any warranty, the attendant, very rudely, refused to send someone as the pool was 7 years old and there was no more structural warranty and she hung up the call on my face. I called again trying to reach out to Alan Bryson, the owner, I explained to him that they were the pool builders that they should be concerned about any structural issues, he said the pool was too old and he wouldn't send anyone unless I'd pay $175 per visit, it should take 2 to 3 visits to make an assessment. All in all, if you're willing to build a pool, beware that AAA Custom Pool Inc. do not build pools to last longer than their structural warranty of 2 years, if you believe that a pool should last longer than 2 years, you should not consider this company to build your pool, I'm really disappointed about this Toll Brothers contractor, terrible after sales service!

AAA Pools has been outstanding. They handle my weekly pool service, and it’s consistently reliable, thorough, and professional. What really impressed me was a full equipment upgrade they completed on my pool—brand new Pentair system including control panel, heater, pumps, and motors, all integrated with app controls. The entire job was done quickly and cleanly with zero hassle. No mess, no delays—just a smooth, high-quality install. The pool runs better than ever, and the app control makes it incredibly easy to manage. Hard to find this level of service and execution. Highly recommend AAA Pools.

I closed on my home at Regency at Avenir October 2023. I have complained since day one about the hot tub overflowing onto the lanai when the jets are on. They refuse to do anything about it. If you are closing on your new home, you should check out this issue and make them fix it while you still have leverage with Toll Brothers.

AAA Custom Pools is the best in the business. I know so many people who are beyond happy with their pools and service, including myself. I recently purchased a home in South Florida with an AAA Custom Pools build that’s over a decade old, and it’s still in incredible condition. The quality and craftsmanship truly stand the test of time. We’ve already created some amazing memories in the pool, and it’s clear that their work is built to last for decades. I couldn’t be happier to have an AAA Custom Pool in my backyard, and I highly recommend that anyone considering a pool reach out to them.

They fired the guy who worked on our pool weekly and didn’t replace him. I called and after four days of calling and leaving messages I got the guy who answers the phone. He sent someone here that was here for less then 30 mins. Pool was green at that point. When the guy left I called again and I was told that by the next day it would clear up. Next day still green. I’ve called them 9-15 times daily!!! for the last two weeks. And they have just be screening calls, they refuse to answer. Can’t be bothered to call people back. I have left many messages. The guy at the office needs to be fired also. Called cc to cancel payment and got Eagle pools that cleaned up pool and is doing an amazing job. AAA WORSE company EVERY!!!! PS they had been providing service for us for 6 months and this was the 3rd time with issues except this time it was never resolved!!! Management has also changed 2 since we have had service. Company doesn’t deserve to be in business!!!

About AAA Custom Pools Inc

We checked AAA Custom Pools of Jupiter against every pool builder in Florida — what license RP0035121 covers, what they build, and where they really stand.

Who they are

AAA Custom Pools builds out of Corporate Way in Jupiter, at the northern end of Palm Beach County. Their Florida registered pool contractor license, RP0035121, has been current since 1999 — twenty-seven years, on a website that has been running under the same domain since 2004. Both facts point the same way: this is a long-established local outfit, not a new entrant. They describe themselves as family owned, which is their own account. Their awards, at least, are published and check out.

What the reviews say

Google puts them at 3.2 across 37 reviews. The Florida average on this site is 4.52, so that is a wide gap, and 37 reviews is a large enough body of customers that the number means something — a score that low across that many jobs is not bad luck. What those reviews do not do is agree on a reason. No single complaint comes up often enough across separate customers to name it here, so the honest summary is a low score without a stated cause. Three reviewers praise how the crew conducts itself, three more the quality of the finished build.

What to ask them

A record like this one is worth a conversation rather than a dismissal. Ask for two or three references from jobs finished in the last year, in your own town, and ask to walk a build that is currently in progress. A builder with twenty-seven years of license history has plenty of recent work to point at, and how readily they point at it will tell you more than the rating does.

What they build

New pool construction sits at the centre, with renovation and repair either side of it. Spas, water features and outdoor living work appear on the same list. Project photographs are published on the site. They keep no pages for individual towns, so settle the travel radius on a call — (561) 493-7041.

Questions homeowners ask

Answered from this record — not by the business.

Is AAA Custom Pools licensed?

Yes. Florida registered pool contractor license RP0035121 is on record in the company's name and has been current since 1999. It runs to 31 August 2027.

What do their reviews say?

Google shows 3.2 from 37 reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52. That is a meaningful sample rather than a handful, so the gap is worth taking seriously. No single complaint recurs across enough separate customers to name a specific problem. Six reviewers between them praise the crew's conduct and the quality of the finished build.

Where are they based?

Corporate Way in Jupiter, northern Palm Beach County. They publish no individual town pages, so confirm how far they travel when you call on (561) 493-7041.

What do they build besides pools?

Spas, water features and outdoor living areas come up alongside new pool construction, with renovation and repair on the same list.

Have they won any awards?

Yes. Awards are published on their own site and named there, which puts them on firmer ground than an unsupported claim.
