Words can't fully express how grateful we are to Pat and Eliane from Anything Wet Pools and Spas. They didn't just build us a pool they gave our family a space to gather, laugh, and create memories that will last a lifetime. From the very beginning, their kindness and professionalism stood out. The pricing was honest, the work was flawless, and the attention to detail was beyond what we hoped for. But what truly touched us was how they communicated with us especially through text messages, which made all the difference for my mother, who is nonverbal. Their responsiveness and care made her feel included every step of the way. We're in love with our pool. It's beautiful, functional, and built with heart. Pat and Eliane treated us like family, and we can't wait to welcome them back soon they'll be building the pool at my brother's house next! If you're looking for a team that combines skill, integrity, and genuine care, look no further. We recommend them with all our hearts.
I am compelled to write this review in the hopes of alerting others. This was the worst experience with any contractor I have ever had. In 2020/21 we contracted with Anything Wet to rehab our pool, install a spa, install a honed marble tile deck, upgrade our pool equipment and install a remote electronic control system. As the project was coming to an end, there continued to be two specific problems. First and foremost, the electronic control system (Hayward) did not work. The second had to do with the autofill mechanism. Upon notifying Skyler and Pat on more than one occasion, were were left to contact the Hayward company repair and replace the control board by ourselves. Pat's only reply was that until he was paid in full he would not address any of the existing problems. To put this in perspective, the total project was in excess of $50,000, due in three specific installments. The first two installments were made on time as detailed in the contract, leaving a final payment of approximately $2,500. Soon after the control board was repaired but before the autofill system could be fixed Anything Wet came onto our property (gated community) without permission, nor notification, and removed equipment (threatening the condition of the pool). They removed equipment which was worth approximately twice the remaining balance. They will state that this provision is in the contract. While there is in fact a provision for them to be able to remove equipment, it does not give them permission to remove equipment which had been paid for. In addition they did not notify us that this was going to be a clause that they would resort to. In short there was not any further discussion in resolving the unpaid balance and their responsibility to correct remaining things that didn't work that they had installed. In summary, in my opinion the management of Anything Wet is not trustworthy nor do they behave in a professional way. I have never once hired a contractor that didn't try to complete all of the work and make remedies on things that didn't work prior to the final payment. They will counter argue that we breached the contract because we did not pay the full balance regardless of the fact that what they installed did not work. For anyone considering Anything Wet I strongly suggest that you read the contract very closely. It is written in a very one sided way. Know who you are dealing with. Buyer beware for sure. Update June 2024 This past winter, approximately 2 years after our project, the pool developed a fairly large bubble in the concrete. We had to have another pool company come in and repair. Costing us another $4500.
This is my third review, and I don't understand why it doesn't appear to the public. I think Yelp only likes bad reviews. I'll continue posting 5 stars for Anything Wet Pools and Spas because good things are worth talking about. We're absolutely thrilled with our pool project from Anything Wet Pools and Spas! The team did a perfect job, everyone involved was professional, skilled, and dedicated. Pat and Eliane were especially wonderful throughout the entire process. Their communication was spot-on, always responding to our emails attentively and thoroughly. We received several quotes, and while Anything Wet Pools and Spas wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, we felt truly confident in choosing them and we're so glad we did. The subcontractors they work with are top-notch, and the results speak for themselves. We wholeheartedly recommend Anything Wet Pools and Spas to anyone looking for outstanding quality and service!

Anything Wet of Loxahatchee: strong, broad praise alongside a below-average score, and how to read the two together. FloridaPoolz.
Anything Wet works out of Loxahatchee in Palm Beach County, holding Florida pool contractor license CPC1457541, current since September 2007 and running to August 2028 — nineteen years of continuous licensing. Their domain dates to 2011 and the site was active into August 2026. They make no superlative or award claims at all, which is rare and leaves the record to speak plainly.
New pool construction, renovation, servicing, spas, water features and outdoor living work. No separate area pages are published, so Loxahatchee and the surrounding western Palm Beach area is the working assumption. A full set of project photographs is published on their own site.
4.0 from 87 Google reviews, against a Florida pool builder average of 4.52. Half a point below the field on 87 reviews is a real pattern rather than a bad run. Set against that, the praise is the broadest and most consistent on many profiles here: eleven customers raised professionalism independently, nine the build quality, four the communication and four the design help. Twenty-eight separate people naming four different strengths, and no complaint theme raised by even two.
That combination is genuinely unusual — a below-average score with strong, broad praise and no recurring complaint. It means the difference sits in the individual accounts rather than in any pattern, so read the one and two star reviews directly; they are where the explanation is, and there is no shortcut. Then ask the ordinary questions: who runs your build, what the schedule commitment is in writing, and for two recent addresses near you.
