I cannot say enough wonderful things about Artesian Pool Construction and their team. Most recently, Zac Hedberg came to my home to diagnose an issue with my pool that had stopped working properly. Unfortunately, the part needed to fully repair the problem was not immediately available and had to be ordered. However, Zac didn't stop there. Instead of simply telling me to wait, he used his knowledge and expertise to creatively implement a temporary solution that helped keep my pool clean and functioning until the part comes in to repair the problem. What impressed me most was not just Zac's technical ability, but his compassion and understanding. As a single mother who recently underwent unexpected surgery, I have a lot on my plate. Zac took the time to understand my situation, explain the issues to my son, and go above and beyond to help us. While we are still waiting for the part needed to complete the repair, he arranged for me to use an additional piece of equipment on a trial basis to help my situation and keep my pool in great condition. That level of care, creativity, and customer service is rare these days. Zac didn't just look for a repair solution; he looked for a way to help my family. He truly treated us like family, making sure my children could continue enjoying the pool and that I had one less thing to worry about during a difficult time. This experience is a perfect example of why I chose Artesian Pool Construction in the first place. When I was building my pool late 2010, I received three different bids, but Artesian was the only company that truly listened to my family's needs, especially those of my daughter who has a disability. They took the time to understand what was important to us and designed a pool that would work for our family. Every technician who has come to our home has been outstanding. Whether they're gearing up and getting into the water, troubleshooting equipment, or performing maintenance, their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. But what really sets Artesian apart is that they never forget the customer. They make you feel valued, cared for, and genuinely appreciated. People often ask me why I chose Artesian Pool Construction, and my answer is always the same: because they make me feel like family. From the initial design process to every service call since, they have consistently demonstrated exceptional workmanship, expertise, and a level of customer care that is hard to find. Thank you, Zac, and thank you to the entire Artesian team for always going above and beyond. Highly recommend Artesian Pool Construction to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service
My builder, Arnold Roberts, hired Artesian to build my pool and hot tub as well as the screen enclosure. I received my occupancy permit Oct 21st and as of Dec 14th the pool is still not operational. Artesian originally installed the incorrect waterline tile. That was fixed, however, there was a lot of plaster left in the hot tub and sediment in the pool. I contacted them repeatedly to clean the mess they left behind. They sent one gentleman to replace the broken light, but not to clean the mess. Then another gentleman came and walked us through the use of the pool. Still didn't clean it. Finally a third gentleman came and dropped off the cleaning materials but his vacuum supposedly didn't work so the mess was still left. I hired my own pool person who came and cleaned. I was told the salt system wasn't connected at that time. After at least 3 Artesian employees had been to the house and not one realized it. The salt system was finally connected however, the heater doesn't work. I've contacted Artesian regarding the fact my new pool is still not operational almost 2 months after moving in and have not received a response. Hopefully Crystal or Aliza will finally respond. The screens are also loose on the top of the enclosure. Artesian did send a 4th person or crew to tighten the easier accessible screens. I asked for them to contact me when they send someone to show them the loose screens and also because they send people to fix one issue but never fix everything all at once. The company is extremely inefficient and communication is nonexistant. I would definitely not recommend them as I have had a terrible experience and still don't have an operating pool.
We were originally connected with Artesian through our builder, but ultimately ended up working with the pool company independently. Christian was our project manager, and he truly made the entire experience. From day one, he was accommodating, responsive, and incredibly professional. We were managing much of the project from away, which can be stressful, but Christian always picked up the phone when we called to check in. He kept us informed, answered every question, and made us feel confident that our project was in good hands. Now, over a year later, he is still reachable whenever we have questions. That kind of continued support is rare and speaks volumes about both his character and the company’s commitment to their clients. We would absolutely use Artesian again—simply because of Christian. His dedication and customer service made all the difference.
I contacted Artesian Pools in mid March to request a proposal for a new construction pool build. They were prompt in setting up an appointment to come to house and visited the house on April 4. The sales person, Sam, arrived on time and was educated about the options. We already had a sketch of pool we want to build and I walked through the details with Sam. He told me that they were 8-9 months out with builds and I should receive the proposal/quote within two weeks. He told me to contact him if I didn't receive it within two weeks. On April 20 (2 1/2 weeks later I emailed Sam to let him know I had not received the quote.). He responded that they were running behind and I should have it soon. On Friday, May 13, having not received quote nor heard from Sam, I emailed him again. He responded that he would check on status Monday morning and get back to me. I never received a status update. On Wednesday, May 19 I emailed again with a request for status update. He responded that he would check first thing Thursday morning and get back to me. It is now Sunday, May 22nd and I have yet to get any response. It is obvious that if service is this terrible pre-sale, the actual service provided after they have our money will be non-existent. This vendor obviously does not have any concept of how to communicate nor how to actually provide service to their customers
I can't say enough good things about Artesian Pools! We had our pool constructed during the height of COVID, which naturally brought some unavoidable delays. However, the team at Artesian was fantastic in their communication throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and alleviating any frustrations we had. Now, four years later, I’m still impressed with their service. Even though we’re outside of warranty, anytime I have a question or concern, Artesian is incredibly responsive and helpful. They truly stand by their work and customers long after the project is complete. From start to finish, Artesian Pools has been a remarkable company to work with. Thank you all for your dedication and commitment to excellence! You’ve made our backyard a true oasis.
Artesian Pool Construction hires people with no moral compass. Friday evening at 4:50 pm, a truck full or their drivers passing through a parking lot next to their building gave me the bird (middle finger) for NO reason whatsoever! Seems he was under the influence his eyes were all red, (and yes he stopped beside me so close I couldn't open my car door), JUST to give me the middle finger! Weird because all I was trying to do was to get through the parking lot full of traffic! I do NOT recommend this company to install or construct your pool! If you need a pool company go with a company that hires good honest considerate people with a moral compass, not people that are rude and inconsiderate as Artesian. I would fire anyone that acts like this if I were an owner of a business. They represent your company and should have a moral obligation to be nice and considerate! Call Infinity Pool instead they are very nice people. Signed, A consumer of moral standards

We checked Artesian Pool Construction of Fort Myers against every pool builder in Florida — license CPC1456505, what they build, and where they stand.
Artesian Pool Construction works from Metro Parkway in Fort Myers, covering Lee County. Their Florida certified pool contractor license, CPC1456505, has been current since 2002 — twenty-four years without a gap, which is a long run in a trade where licenses lapse quietly. The site was updated in the last few days.
The two platforms disagree, and the sizes matter. Google carries 78 reviews at 4.4. Yelp carries 16 at 3.2. Together that comes to 4.2 across 94 reviews, against a Florida average of 4.52 — a little under, on a body of customers big enough to take seriously. The Google sample is nearly five times the Yelp one, so it carries most of the weight, but a 1.2-point gap is worth ten minutes of reading both before you decide. Seven reviewers name the crew's conduct on site, five the build quality, five the communication. No complaint recurs across enough separate customers to name one.
New pool construction and commercial work sit alongside renovation, repair and ongoing service, with spas and outdoor living areas on the same list. Commercial pools deserve a line of their own: an HOA or hotel pool is a different job from a backyard build, and not every residential builder takes them. Project photographs are published on the site. The number is (239) 415-7374.
