The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I transferred to Classsic for my pool maintenance beginning 2026 because their new Mgr (Jim) I had worked with for some 30 years elsewhere, but here is even so much better & my service tec Blane is beyond excellent in service & personality. A delight to work with & most trust worthy. Absolutely the best without question. 5 star or 10 star!!!
They must be under new ownership because the company has gone downhill. Poor communication and complete lack of knowledge.
A wonderful experience having our pool resurfaced and cared for. Jim Wood was exceptional in explaining the process beforehand and every expectation was met. He was professional and tended to every detail. Loved the finished pool. Jim was friendly with great work ethic. Perfect experience!
Called them up to get an estimate and they were rude and said we are not coming out and we’re to busy . Didn’t even ask when we were looking to get the pool done . I am a business owner myself and I would never tell a customer that .
Our community worked with Classic Pools of Naples to update and resurface our pool. Jose and the entire team were easy to work with and totally professional. Throughout the project they were responsive and kept us updated. The project was completed on time and within budget. We are very happy customers and would recommend Classic Pools to any community or resident to work with them in confidence.
Our experience with Classic Pools of Naples has been exceptional from start to finish. Building a luxury pool is a big investment, and they made the entire process feel easy, organized, and even enjoyable. Their team showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly, and treated our home with real respect. The craftsmanship is stunning — every detail feels thoughtfully done. We couldn’t be happier with the final result, and are already recommending them to friends and neighbors.

Classic Pools of Naples: 4.7 on Google from 23 reviews, but a license issued only in December 2025 on an eighteen-year-old name. Ask who owns it now.
Classic Pools of Naples works from Tamiami Trail East in Naples, Collier County. There is a discrepancy on the record worth putting first, because a customer noticed it too. Their domain has been registered since 2008 — eighteen years — but the Florida contractor license in this company's name, CPC1461319, was only issued in December 2025. A license that new on a business that old usually means the entity behind the name changed. One reviewer says exactly that, unprompted: that the company must be under new ownership because it had gone downhill. We cannot confirm an ownership change from the public record, and we are not going to assert one. But if you are hiring them, ask who owns the business now and how long the current crews have been with it — that single question resolves most of what follows.
A wide range: new pool construction, renovation and resurfacing, repairs, ongoing pool service, spas and hot tubs, water features, outdoor living work, and commercial pools alongside residential. Eight lines. The commercial side is real rather than nominal — one review is from a community that used them to update and resurface a shared pool, which is a different kind of job from a back garden and implies they can handle the coordination an HOA needs. They publish a full set of twenty-four project photographs, which is the most useful part of the site. They describe themselves as the best and most trusted builder, which is not a position anyone holds on the record.
Naples and Collier County. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented town-by-town service area — Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero and the surrounding coast is the sensible reading, and anything further worth confirming by phone. They keep weekday hours and are closed at weekends. There was activity on their site in the middle of this month, so this is a business actively taking work.
Google has them at 4.7 from 23 reviews, comfortably above the 4.52 Florida average — and on the work itself the accounts are strong. Five separate customers name their professionalism, the one theme that clears our floor, and the detailed reviews describe a luxury build handled well from start to finish and a community resurfacing project run smoothly. Twenty-three reviews is a modest sample, so read 4.7 as a good sign rather than a settled record. No complaint theme reaches our floor of two customers naming the same thing, so there is no recurring problem we can assert. Two individual accounts are worth knowing, and both are about the front door rather than the building. One customer called for an estimate and was told the company was too busy to come out, without being asked when the work was wanted — which, from a business that advertises itself as the most trusted, is a poor first impression. The other is the new-ownership review above, describing poor communication and a lack of knowledge. Neither is a pattern on this evidence. Read them alongside the license date rather than separately: a business that changed hands recently is a business whose current crews and current office staff may not be the ones who earned the older reviews. The rating is good, the work described is good, and the useful question is who is running it now.

Answered from this record — not by the business.
That is the open question here. Their domain dates from 2008 but the license in this company's name, CPC1461319, was issued in December 2025. A new license on an old name usually means the entity changed hands, and one reviewer independently says the company must be under new ownership. We cannot confirm that from the public record. Ask who owns it now and how long the current crews have been there.

Two individual accounts, neither amounting to a pattern. One customer was told the company was too busy to come out for an estimate and was not asked when they wanted the work. The other reports poor communication and a lack of knowledge, and is the reviewer who suspects new ownership. Both concern the office rather than the building.
Yes, and it appears to be genuine rather than a line on a list — one review is from a community that used them to update and resurface a shared pool. That implies they can handle the coordination an HOA or a commercial client needs, which not every residential builder can.
They are on Tamiami Trail East in Naples and publish no pages for individual towns, so Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero and the surrounding coast is the sensible reading. Weekday hours only, closed at weekends.
