The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
We love our new pool built by Crystal Pools! From start to finish, the process was seamless, better than expected and our pool was ready earlier than originally projected. The entire team was great to work with! We were impressed with how synchronized the process was from excavation to our final walk through. One crew would wrap up their portion and the next crew would arrive on site right away. We had wanted a pool for years but thought it would be out of reach. However, Crystal Pools was very reasonable and delivered a high quality, beautiful pool. We had no punch list items because they clearly knew what they were doing and their attention to detail was outstanding. They offer highly rated equipment and finishes. Our project also included a screen enclosure and we were very happy with the contractor/installer they used (Kruger). Thank you Crystal Pools for building us the pool of our dreams and for the wonderful experience!
Crystal did my pool 2 years ago. I have never had a problem. They were a pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end.
